Truffels and Spare Rooms
Both Remus and Tonks were sitting at the Burrow's kitchen table apparently arguing about something.
"Remus, you know you want me to have that last chocolate truffel," Tonks said with a large puppy dog face and eyes. "You know you do," she added as she came and sat down on Remus's lap and placed her arms around his neck.
"Nice try love," Remus replied not giving in to Tonks's plot to get the truffel, "but it's not going to work that easily on me."
"If you love me, you'll give it to me." It appeared that Tonks was not going to give up that easily.
"I do love you, but you know how I am with chocolate," he was trying to sound completly sorry, but the truth was that he was trying to hide a smirk. He did love her, but at the same time chocolate was just not something to give away that easily. However he came to a solution. "What if we were to split it in half?"
"Then it wouldn't be worth it cause nobody wins."
"Well we could give each other a prize upstairs if Molly would let us," Remus said grinning seductively.
"You play dirty Proffessor Lupin," Tonks said returning the grin, "but I don't give in that easily either."
"Oh well," Remus sighed, "even though I don't guess Molly would have let us borrow a room anyways seeing as the kids and Hermione are home for the summer."
"I guess your right, but we still don't even know who wins the truffel," Tonks said pouting, "but the looser gets to tell Molly that we're leaving for a hotel and -- ..."
Remus gave in and pulled Tonks into a desperate and passionate kiss.
"Y'now, you guys could get a room. I don't suppose mum'd object seeing how hard she worked to get you two together in the first place."
Remus and Tonks looked up only to see Ron standing there with a facial expression that was somewhere in between disgust, shock, and yet somewhat happy.
"In what room are we speaking of?" Remus asked Ron jokingly but he was acctually being quite serious.
"Probably Fred and Georges old room," Ron said apparently believing that Remus was joking.
"Ok. See you later Ron," Remus said picking up Tonks off of his lap and carried her to Fred and Georges old room. As they rushed away Ron could be seen making a puking gesure and decided it would be best if he exited the imeadiate area as well to tell everyone not to enter Fred and George's room and possibly get a pair of ear muffs to drown the sounds made by Remus and Tonks.
' Well at least someone's having some fun in this time of war,' Ron thought as he exited the kitchen as well.
