(Sombra's POV) After gathering some materials, I headed back home to the crystal empire. I figured I'd stop by the library anyway. But I encountered Azul Grain (Jewel joy, that's just my fan name.) on the way. She looked lost, Freezing, and sad. So I teleported my scarf onto her, then went up to her and helped her get back to her crystal house. (Later at the library...) I looked at an ancient book and it had an odd looking spell on it. It apparently seemed to make ponies worship you. I saw myself in it, like it wanted me to cast it. I had no one else to test my spells on, so I used them on myself. I knew I would regret it, but I did it anyway. Not out of my own will though, It was like it wanted me to use it. Become possessed by it. After casting it, a dark colt, a mirror image of me, appeared behind me. It had flame in it's eyes and a crystal horn. I ran after it. But it ran too. (At the glacier...) After running for so long, we had reached a glacier with thin ice. The colt faced me, looking for a fight. So I accepted his request. I might have been winning, I don't know. But soon he turned into dark vines and pulled me under the water after breaking the ice. I don't remember what happened after that.
(Azul Grain's POV) I watched him drown. Was that right? If I had helped, would it had saved him? No... Please... Let him still be alive... ! He came out of the water, but he seemed different. I didn't know if i felt happy or sad. He grinned a devilish grin and stared at me with cold, evil eyes. He knocked me out. (Later, when she wakes up...) He forced us to make him armor out of the best materials we had. As he put on his crown and his robe, he stared out upon us. We looked up at him with sadness in our eyes. Then I looked at him, with the most sadness of all. Was this really the sombra we knew? Was he really the same colt we knew? Or just a mirror image messing around with our eyes? As I looked down, and then at our chains and neck braces, I knew the answer. He wasn't the real Sombra. Just a mirror image.
