The girl was sent to an orphanage before she was a year old due to her superhuman intelligence. There-she was given tests they called "games." But they were so boring she held no interest despite who her opponent was or what game they played.
Two years later-she was reunited with a woman who appeared to be her mother.
There was a boy with them-at least seven years older than her. He told the adults everything and anything they wanted to hear-looking at everyone with a wide-empty smile.
The girl said the first few words in a very long time. "You really are empty-aren't you?"
The boy's eyes changed-becoming wider and more sincere as the girl's emerald eyes darkened to a warm amber.
"Let's play a game." He declared.
