Hey guys, first Nick/Greg story (second story ever) so please be nice if you review. Oh, and CSI and Nick and Greg aren't mine, if they were they would be together already.
"I'm telling you it's real, OK during the briefing keep taking quick glances at them" Catherine said
"OK, I will!" Sara whispered back as they entered the break room and took their seats at the black table in the centre on the room and waited for the rest of the team to show and they did, Warrick first.
"Hey" was all he said as he headed straight to the coffee machine in the corner of the room.
"Pulled a double Warrick?" Catherine asked, her voice full of concern, Sara smiled at the two of them.
"A triple" Warrick replied as he laid his head on the table and closed his tried eyes. Five more minutes passed before the next arrival and that came in the form of Nick, happy and cheerful.
"Morning y'all, or is it night in real time?" and he too sat down but not before Warrick muttered
"You're awake, I officially hate you!" Ten more minutes past until
"How can I be late? I'm only late if I get there after you!"
"Greg." All four of them said moments before Greg walked into the room just before Grissom
"Look, I'm even in the room before you!" Sara didn't miss the smile on Nick's face and how the smile grew when Greg threw himself into the chair next to him, she was definitely gonna watch them now, and that's what she did. For the first half of the meeting she saw nothing but looks and smiles between them, no real evidence there! Then just as she was about to give up she saw it. Nick had his had resting on Greg's leg and Greg had his hand on Nick's hand. The last half of the meeting went painfully slow for Sara and Catherine after she had been alerted. Eventually Grissom closed the meeting and left for his office and ordering Warrick to home or he would be suspended. When Warrick left only Catherine, Sara, Nick and Greg remained in the room. Moving quickly to lock the door, firstly to stop either Nick or Greg escaping and secondly to prevent them being interrupted Catherine turned from the door to see that Sara had the boys cornered in their seats.
"So?" she asked, wanting to give them a chance
"So what?" Greg asked right back
"OK we give you the chance to tell us now I'm just gonna ask you out right, how long have two been together?"
Nick, who had just taken a drink of water almost choked and Greg's face changed colour faster than a set of traffic lights.
"What?! You mad? Wheels come of your trolley?" Greg asked, trying to get up but Sara pushed him back.
"Greg, honey we've been found out, how did you know? Nick asked
"You two shouldn't be so touchy feely at work." Sara said. It took a moment for them to click.
"Oh." they both said together, the Nick said
"If we answer you're question you wouldn't tell anyone?" Even thought they wouldn't tell anyone anyway both Catherine and Sara said
"Deal"
"OK, we've been together for nearly two years." Sara thought for a moment before turning to Greg
"Since your attack?"
"Yeah, from that night." he answered her.
"OK." said Catherine "you have our silence, now come on we got work to do and guys? Concrats!"
