Lucy jolted awake from a nightmare. She wasn't sure why she kept having this same dream over and over again these past few nights. As she looked around the room she was met with the familiar sight of her closest guildmates—her team—scattered throughout the house; asleep themselves. She gave a slightly irritaed sigh, but she couldn't help but smile. She might as well get used to it…there seemed to be no stopping them anyways. They could at least help with the rent a bit.
She quietly got out of bed and walked over to where she kept her celestial gate keys. She picked up her key ring and looked at all her keys one by one.
"I'm so lucky to have so many friends," she thought. "Both human and spiritual alike." She gentlely took one golden key off the key ring and quietly went outside.
As she stepped out the door she was happy to be greeted by a clear night. The stars shone so brightly in the sky! She loved standing under the stars; she felt as if she was looking up her friends, and in a way she was. She easily picked out a specific constellation and held the golden key close to her heart.
"Regulus is truly a beautiful star among your constellation," Lucy said.
As she gazed up at the stars the events of the nightmare began to fade away.
"Thanks for being here for me these past few nights," Lucy said as she gripped the key tighter into her chest.
In the celestial world, Loke sat smiling.
"I told you I would always be there for you, day or night, in this world or yours." And he closed his eyes as he happily listened to the heartbeat of the one he loved.
