'Dangerous Love'
Monty sat, looking up at the empty stage which would soon hold his superior, General Greer. To his left and right, there were his fellow operatives. Mark, Luke, Harry and Dan. As was Monty, they were all looking quite bored and restless. During a mission however, they were quite the opposite.
Monty belonged to a specialised Black Ops team, trained to seek out and destroy supernatural beings that posed a threat to national security.
They're last mission comprised of killing a pack of werewolves that had been terrorising a small town only a few miles south of the border between America and Canada.
General Greer suddenly walked on to the stage.
His team quickly stood up, gave a salute and sat back down.
"Gentlemen," Greer shouted. "During this mission you will be stationed in a town known as Forks. For the past couple of months we have been receiving reports of 'vampires' in the area."
Monty's back stiffened. This would be a hard one.
"Upon closer investigation, we have discovered that these 'vampires' aren't exactly the kind we see in old movies. They cannot turn into bats, they do not sleep in coffins or turn to dust in sunlight. In fact, they sparkle in the sunlight."
Harry smirked.
"They do not eat, drink or sleep, and are also invincible," Greer grimaced. "However, it seems as if the old legends did get one thing right. They can be killed with a silver bullet."
"There are five vampires, including one teenage human girl. The reason we are tracking the girl is because It appears to have fallen in love with the lead vampire, Edward Cullen".
Harry smirked again.
"However, it is not human love as we know it. The lead vampire has merely tainted the mind of the girl, making her believe she is in love. It's only a matter of time before she herself becomes a vampire".
"Briefing over, if you have any questions, you can talk to mission control on your radio".
Monty set himself up outside a window. As team leader, he had given the order to kill the girl first, enrage the vampire leader and then take out the rest.
Inside, the vampires and Bella appeared to be playing basketball. The perfect time to strike, when they least expected it.
Monty trained the crosshairs on his Sniper Rifle on the girl's head. He cocked the rifle and, fired. A shot rang out throughout the enclosed complex. Bella's head exploded, blood splattered the walls around her and the surrounding vampires. Bits of her brain flew everywhere. Although it was small, it made a big mess. Her skull embedded in the wall.
The vampires stared, shocked at what had just happened before looking up to Monty. Pure rage and hate filled Edward's eyes, he began to run over to the stairs to find Monty and most likely kill him.
Monty was too quick for him though, he quickly fired at his chest, sending him flying back into the wall. Blood had exploded from the wound, making the place even messier. Monty gave him two more shots in the forehead for good measure. His pale skin was even paler in death.
One by one, the other vampires were shot, each in their own, disgusting way.
Then everyone lived happily ever after because the ugly vampires and stupid Bella were dead.
The moral of the story is: Don't fall in love with vampires. And also, Twilight sucks.
