A/N: Ok, just a short little one shot. Maybe one day I will write a sequel or something, but don't hold your breath. Sorry that this is so short, but it is late and I am tired and I have to ride in a show tomorrow. So, wish me luck and review!

This is Sara's POV
I have always wanted to be involved in a forbidden romance. The whole idea of sneaking around, hiding your feelings from everyone. The raw secrecy, and the hidden lust. Maybe I have read to many romance books, portraying the "idea" secret relationship. Perhaps that is the reason I focused on Grissom for so long. I never loved him, and I never will. It was the idea of being in love with him that appealed to me.
Now, as I lie here in the strong arms of my lover, I know that true love is so much better, even if we do have to sneak around.
I have never been one to take the easy way out. I have always made things more complicated then they needed to be. Relationships are no excuse. I enter relationships that usually end up in ruins, and I really do know that when I enter them, I guess. But this feels different. As I listen to his even breathing, I am not annoyed or bored, but entranced. I turn and softly cup his face in my hand. His eyes flutter open and he smiles at me.
"Sleep good?" he asks. I nod and kiss him softly. I am amazed at the sensation I get from kissing him, the jolt that fills runs through my body. Nick pulls me closer as I nestle next to him. He is silent for a minute, and then he looks at me, his expression serious.
"Sara, I really think we should tell everyone about us," he manages to say. I nod.
"I agree."
He smiles, obviously relieved. The secrecy was great for a while, but I no longer want to hide this from everyone. This is love, and love deserves to be shown.
A/N: Well, I hope you enjoyed. Please, review and tell me what you thought! I love to hear from you.
