Hey, happy halloween everyone! Remember to pay your respects to the dead.

The Scourge occupied village Darrowshire, was once a little town blooming of life and happiness. Many people lost their lives when the village fell, and they are still mourned to this date.

Most people suffered the fate worser than death, the undeath. But, there were some who were lucky. Those people can be found in the graveyard on the outskirts of the little town, but no one pays a visit to them due to the never sleeping Scourge.

But, one of the graves holds a story, a story that took the form of a young little girl, barely the age of ten...

I went to the graveyard with my father not too long ago, we know it's dangerous but father said that the soldiers have kept the place clean. There, we went to visit the graves of my grandpa and grandma, and I noticed something.

Father, he had tears flowing down his cheeks.

I asked him what was wrong, but he told me not to worry about it. That it's grown-up things, which I'd not understand in many years.

We got back home after we had memorized of the past when grandpa and grandma was alive, and life got back to normal.

Until those monsters came.

They killed everyone.

They were at out door, and father tried to keep them out with his blunderbus... But no use.

Mother hid me behind an old wooden closet, and told me to stay in there and not come out whatever happens... Then I heard her squeal...

I stayed there for hours, too afraid to shout out for help, too afraid to cry, too afraid to move.

Then, I heard someone calling out for survivors.

I ran downstairs, and I was greeted by a Paladin, and the militia.

I told them what had happened, and...

Later that evening, I watched as my mother and father were burned.

After the ceremony, the priest held the urns of my parents.

Then I heard the yells of fright.

The monsters are back.

The militia were slaughtered, and they were heading our way.

The paladin and the priest fought bravely... But they were overrun.

I grabbed the urns of my parents and I ran, I ran faster than I ever could.

I went to the graves of my grandparents.

I opened the urns and one by one, I spread the ashes next to my grandparents.

I sat down and stared at the grave.

I finally understand why my father was in tears.

Don't worry about me father.

I won't be separated from you and mother for as long as you were separated from your father and mother.

You see.

I hear them coming.

They're but a few meters away...
