The grass had a thin layer of frost. Albus and Rose walked side-by-side up to the castle.
Rose was pleased with the quidditch-practice. Albus didn't quite care about the team's improvements.
"Emily asked me to Hogsmeade", Albus said, interrupted Rose's nagging about Bludgers.
"I told you she liked you!"
Albus didn't look at Rose, but smiled.
To their right was a pink sundown.
"What about you and Bianca…?"
"We're not together, Al!"
Albus chuckled. "But you're so cute together…"
The castle was quiet.
"We… sort of… had sex…"
Albus' eyes grew wide. "B-but you said…"
"She's in love with Lily!"
