Kimberly Hart blew out a breath. Something wasn't right. She could feel it. But she didn't know what.
"Kim, are you okay?" a voice asked. The petite girl turned around to see her best friend, Trini Quan.
"Yeah, I'm okay. It's just...I don't know," she sighed. Just then, Zachary "Zack" Taylor danced his way over to them.
"Hey, ladies. What's happenin'?" he asked, as they were joined by Jason Lee Scott and William "Billy" Cranston.
"Yes, you appear troubled," the brainiac added. "Have your begetters engaged in their usual pattern of quarrelling?" he questioned.
"Huh?" almost everybody else asked.
"He asked if your parents have been fighting again," Trini translated.
"No. Since the divorce, they've been pretty cool," Kimberly replied.
"Then, what's troubling you?" Billy wondered.
"Haven't you guys ever felt like, I don't know-like there's something off?" Kimberly asked.
"You know, now that you mention it, you're right," Jason agreed. The others nodded.
"It's like-somebody's missing," Zack stated.
"Exactly," Billy agreed.
"I wonder why," mused Trini.
"Who knows?" Kimberly shrugged. With that, the group continued to stare at each other.
