Prologue
It was always a funny thought in Panem, to win that silly rebellion the girl from 12 stared. Katniss Everdeen I believe was her name. She tried, as well as the other rebels to bring down the capital. Of course it never worked, they were all killed by bombs and posinous gases. It has been 125 years since then and Panem has seen many changes. District 13 was made to come back into the country, and offer up tributes for the hunger games. Their nuclear weapons were destroyed, and their new trade became medicine. President Snow also died of Natural causes after the 96th games. Presidents have come and gone, but the current is President Melissa Stanzi. She promised to make the games more bloody and interesting then ever, and she did.
"Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome to the announcement of the 200th hunger games!, as you know these are a very special games because it is our nations 7th Quarter Quell! I have never been president for a quarter quell before and I'm dripping with excitement aren't you? For the 200th hunger games as a reminder to the districts that even children under 12 were not immune to the destruction caused by the rebels all those reaped will be between the ages 5-14! Happy Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favor"
