Grune is a Tard
Grune slowly opened her eyes and got out of her bed in the inn. She walked over to the window and threw the curtains back. Sunlight streamed into the room and illuminated the shapeless lumps of her roommates at the inn.
"What a beautiful day!" Grune exclaimed, being her usual, happy-go-lucky self.
Upon hearing this loud expression of emotion, Norma and Shirley indignantly forced themselves out of bed.
"G-Girl, it's too early for this," said Norma.
"Oh, but it's so lovely outside today!" said Grune, giving Norma a friendly hug. "I just had to share it with all my friends!"
"OK, but do you think you could have left it until later?" said Norma as they walked out the door to get food.
"Um, Grune, I saw you tossing and turning in your sleep last night. Are you OK?" asked Shirley.
"Oh, I'm fine!" said Grune happily. "I just had a bit of a bad dream! But I think it made me remember something!"
"Really? What?" asked Norma, forgetting her angriness at being woken up.
Grune paused for a moment.
"I don't know. I forgot."
Norma smacked herself on the forehead.
"G-Girl, you tard! How can you expect to get your memory back if you can't remember anything once you remember it?"
"Oh, don't worry, I'm sure it will all work out," she said as she walked away while looking back at Norma.
"G-Girl! Watch out for the-"
CLACK CLACK CLACK!
Looks of worry spread across Shirley and Norma's faces as Grune tumbled down the stairs. They quickly ran to the bottom and helped her stand up so that she didn't tumble into the lounge beneath the inn.
"You OK?" asked Norma. "You really should watch where you're going."
"I'm fine," said Grune. "Except for this cut on my arm."
"Let me see," said Shirley.
Grune held out her cut and the other girls took a look at it.
"HOLY HELL!" screamed Norma. "THAT THING IS HUGE!"
"Don't worry, I'll take care of it," said Shirley, attempting to cast Cure on the profusely bleeding wound.
"Oh, no, I'm sure it's fine," said Grune. "It is bleeding a lot, though... maybe I should see a doctor."
"Um, yeah, maybe!" said Norma sarcastically.
"Oh my, I feel a little dizzy," said Grune, as she swayed slightly.
"Oh, God, not again-"
