One thing Hikaru Hitachiin hates to admit is that, he, like any other human, is capable of crying. And he doesn't mean fake tears, he meant real ones.

That's why when he cried, he's usually hides. He doesn't even want to cry in front of his brother, much to his own surprise.

Once, when he was young, he hid in one of his house's many bathrooms just to let it all out. When he cry, Hikaru makes no sound. He doesn't remember the reason to of why he cried back then, all he knew is that he spent a long time crying.

Now, in high school and all, he found himself crying in that same bathroom again. The reason is another thing he hate to admit. He was heart broken. His infatuation with Haruhi Fujioka is more than obvious. When she told the self-proclaimed King of the Host Club that she like him... Well let's just say Hikaru ran right out of the host club room.

"Hikaru", came a voice from behind the door. "Hikaru, it's me, Kaoru, open up please."

"Leave me alone Kaoru", Hikaru said, his voice wasn't as shakey as he feared it would be, but his brother could definately hear that tremble in his voice.

Kaoru sighed. "I want to use the toilet."

"Use another one. Out of fifty toilets in the house, you just HAVE to use this one, do you?" Hikaru said, with a bit of sarcasm in his voice.

There was silence for a while, the only noise was the of the tap Hikaru left running. The older twin wiped away some of his tears but they just continue to fall after he shook them off.

"That's it." Kaoru said. "I'm coming in."

"What!" Hikaru exclaimed. "I locked it Kaoru!"

"So? All I have to do is destroy the frigging door. I could pay for it out of my allowance."

"We share our allowance you-"

"Idiot? No that's you Hikaru", in an instant the door was open, Kaoru standing by the doorway. And the door, it was intact and undestroyed. "You forgot about the power of the spare keys."

Hikaru stayed quiet. His tears seem to have frozen just there. He then realized Kaoru was staring at him. "It's the dust!" Hikaru immeadiately said, as tears continued to fall. "Damn it! Damn dust! Damn eyes!"

In his mind, Kaoru wonders if Hikaru's really the older one. He walked over to his brother and gave him a hug. "There's nothing wrong with crying Hikaru, at least not in front of me". Hikaru was startled, he was about to saying something when Kaoru interrupted him. "Don't bear your pain all alone. If there're burden on your shoulders I'll help you carry them, if there's pain in your heart, I could feel them too."

Kaoru then grabbed Hikaru by the shoulder and gazed at his brother in the eyes and smile. "That's what I'm here for."

Hikaru's lips curled into a small smile, but the tears didn't stop, instead it overflowed. "You... You idiot... how dare you say I'm crying...?" Hikaru said between sobs.

The younger brother grinned. "Because, I know."
