Not So Hard-Headed

Sam groaned low in his throat and rolled from his side to his back. He eased his eyes open and waited for the spinning to stop. A twin groan off to his left caught his attention. He watched as his brother ever so slowly rose to his feet. "How're you even getting up yet?"
"My wall was softer than your wall," grunted Dean.
The taller hunter snorted. "Yeah, right. I'm pretty sure we were thrown into the exact same wall, Dean."
"Nuh uh, mine was as soft as a pillow."
"Dean, did you hit your head?"
"Nooooo."
"You sure?"
"Umm…no…"
