I always knew I was strange. Apparently so did the kids in my neighborhood, so they either ignored me or they bullied me. One day the kids went too far, and that's when I figured out I had a secret.

Prologue

Someone's P.O.V.

I'm different and I know that for sure, I do not know what makes me so different. During the night I like looking out my window wondering if there is someone out there like me, different. The kids in the orphanage and in my school make fun of me because I am strange. So to get away from everyone I go and hide in the library. My name is Catherine Chloe. I do not have a last name because the that came with me to the orphanage that they wanted to protect my real parents because apparently, they are in danger.
