Ello there! I'm Dave (not Strider)! WELCOME TO MY FIRST FAN FICTION! YAAAAAAY! I all ready know that this is so gonnabomb but hey it is my first!
His feet kept running as fast as posable. His wings were worn out. He just couldnt fly any more. Now is life depended on his feet. He mummled so many curses uner his breath that a sailor would pass out. He took a shar turn behnd a tree and held his breath. He heard the ten feet running tourd him. Then they stopped.
"Where'd he go?!" Hissed a man's voice.
"Who knows... we better get back before little miss Condy has our rear ends on her mantal." Said a woman, she sighed and stopped a foot down screaming a curse. Then they ran off. Karkat let out a sigh of relef. He haddened even relised he was crying till just then.
"Honk bro." Karkat let out a yelp and jumpped. He looked to see Gamzee beside him.
"Crap Gamzee!" He sighed trying to calm his beeting heart.
"Hee hee sorry bro." He smiled, Karkat shook his head and ruffled his hair carful not to hit is goat horns. They were very seinsitive. But then the high looking smile that was normally pasted to his face dissapeared and was replaced by a sad frown. Karkat pulled his hand back and looked into the older boy's eyes.
"Gamzee? What's wrong?" He asked with true consern.
"Kar bro... I'm leaving..."
"What?!" A painic attack slowly shook Karkat. A life with out Gamzee? No! That can't be! Gamzee had been Karkat's emotional support for years.
"My dad said that since winter is coming in a few months that we need to leave now." He explained sadlly,
"Oh right winter..." Karkat sighed, he forgot. Gamzee pulled the small butterfly into his arms. Karkat leaned into the hug trying not to cry. Gamzee protected him. He was pretty much his big brother. What was he going to do?! "When do you leave?" He asked quietly.
"Tonight... Bye Karkat." He whispered before he gave him a small kiss to is right antena. He then left. Karkat stood there. He just couldn't move. His world was crashing. This didnt normally happen. Normally Gamzee would at the very lest try to find a way to take Karkat with him. Or he would try to stay in the forest. But not this time. Karkat couldn't even remember how he had survived last time. He feel to his knees and began to sob.
A loud CRASH woke Karkat up. He jummped up and looked to see a boy around his age maybe a little older. He had straberry bond hair and huge black crow wings. The boy sat up and goraned. He opened his eyes to show a beautiful bright red. He stood and tryed to fly away but then let out a curse as he fell back down. Karkat was about to see if he could help but a voice stoppped him.
"Nice landing moron." Karkat looked up to see another boy. This one had short black hair and a red eye and a blue eye. He had a long yellow tail were legs normally rested. The bond looked up at him.
"Whatever your just pissy cause you cant fly." He smirked up at the snake. He rolled his eyes and then he saw Karkat. The second his eyes lached onto Karkat's he stiffened. Before the snake boy could say anything Karkat flew off like a bulet. The last thing he needed was to be chased after by a crow and a snake. He wasnt paying atintion when a branch snagged his wing. The frail wing was then ripped in half. The pain shot threw Karkat's body making him scream as he fell to the ground. To add on to his oh-so-lucky day he fell on a rock hiting is head and passing out.
