"I won't," the other one laughed, softly.
He looked up. "You won't?"
"Not if you don't want me to."
Agh. Reverse psychology was lots on the other one's honest way of thinking. Couldn't he figure out that what he wanted most in the world was to be held and told that everything was okay?
...actually, just being next to him was fine, too.
Author's Note: Um, yes. I am writing short little stories like this (hence the name Candy Shots...) because I need writing practice and because I have lots of ideas by they usually just sit in my mind in little half-finished piles... so this is kind of a dump for me xD;; I'm aiming for fifty of these so wish me luck and enjoy: (They're Satoshi x Daisuke, by the way. You can guess which stories are from whose point of view. ;D )
