It has been a year since Jimmy Hopkins been transferred to Bullworth Academy. He's now 16 years old and even grew his hair into a ceaser style. He's popular with the students, although some didn't like him. One day, things are about to change his life.
"Jimmy Hopkins, please report to the Principal's office immediately," said Ms. Danvers through the speaker.
Jimmy went to the Principal's office as he was told. Dr Crabblesnitch waited for him with a letter in his hand.
"Ah, Hopkins, I got news for you," said Dr Crabblesnitch.
"What is it, sir," said Jimmy.
"I've been monitoring your behaviour at school," said Dr Crabblesnitch
"Yeah, of course. You always keep my nose clean," said Jimmy "What is your concern?"
"I wrote a letter to your mother about you and she's happy with your change of behaviour. Your mother said she'll pick you up from this school after a year, right?" said the Principal "This letter in my hand is a reply from her."
"What does it say?" said Jimmy.
"It's a transfer letter for you," said the Principal.
"Well, I mean, cool," said Jimmy, hiding his sadness. If he had a chance, he wanted to continue living here. Bullworth was like his home already. He even ruled the school "Where would she transfer to?"
"She will transfer you to a school, in Japan," said the Principal.
"Whoa, hold on. Why would she transfer me there? I mean, out of all schools in this country, why there? I love this place. I could live here until I graduated."
"Truth is, she broke up with her husband," said the Principal
Hmph, mom. Why did you marry that phony? Said Jimmy
"And she had a Japanese businessman as her new husband," said the Principal.
"That's just… great," said Jimmy, hanging his head down.
"I know how you feel, Hopkins," said the Principal, putting his hands on Jimmy's shoulder "You just have to accept the fact. It's a good opportunity for you to learn something there. When you travel, your mind will open and learn new things that you don't know."
"Do you have any bad records about me to that school?" said Jimmy
"No, you're clean for now, Hopkins. Why?" said the Principal
"So that the principal there won't 'keep my nose clean'," said Jimmy jokingly.
"Hopkins, I expect you to keep your behaviour there," said the Principal in a serious tone "I want our school name to be well known internationally. Our school will one day have transfer students from foreign countries
"Yeah, cool," said Jimmy "I want to bring someone there to accompany me," said Jimmy "Our Head Boy, Pete Kowalski. He could take a few lessons to be a man."
