Just What Is Chronomaly?
"Hey, Michael."
The pink haired boy looked up from his cards and laid eyes onto the World Duel champion. He saw that the other's eyes were laying on the cards in his hand, and he immediately knew what the was on his mind, but he still asked,
"What is it, Yuma-kun?"
"What's Chrono-ma-ma- How do you say it again?" Yuma scratched his head sheepishly. "I forgot."
"Chro-no-ma-ly." Michael corrected.
"Yeah. That. What is it? You never told me." Yuma plopped down on the other's bed, falling onto the fluffy pink and red pillows. Michael stood up and sat next to him, his cards falling onto the bed as he continued searching through them."
"Chronomaly is a portmanteau of the words chronology and analogy. If you combine them, you get Chronomaly, which is the type of monsters that have no logical sense. The monsters have deviated from what could have been possible to create given the resources and technologies of that time." He explained.
Yuma yawned. "Didn't ask for that much of a detailed explanation, but how do they work?"
"Well, their special effects support each-other, enabling a quick swarming of monsters and Xyz
summoning, almost all the time through Light monsters."
"Oh..."
"There's a lot of monsters of this type of play. Like Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech, Number 6: Chronomaly Atlandis, or Chronomaly Colossal Head. Then it has the field magic like Sunken Kingdom, which I used in the duel with Shark, remember? Oh, then there's Stone Henge method and Antikythera Theory. And-"
Yuma covered his ears, but in vain because he could still hear the pink-haired boy's gentle voice (which he was secretly very found of.) A vein popped on his forehead and he grabbed the other's shoulders, turning him to face him and crashed his lips onto the other's.
There. That sure shut him up. Yuma thought happily. Then he heard a soft moan escape Michael's throat. Holy shizz, just what the hell am I doing?!
He was very unsure about how to react, but as much as his mind told him to pull away, he just wouldn't do it. But soon they had to, because they were both about to turn blue.
"Michael... You talk way too much..." Yuma panted.
"You... Were the one who asked me... About Chronomaly... You Baka..." Michael said.
"You gave me... That confusing explanation..."
"Yuma... Shut-"
The two-gone duelist grabbed his shoulders and pressed his lips against the other's once more. Michael's eyes widened, but he didn't say anything, let alone do anything to make him stop. Truth be told, both boys enjoyed it.
Doing things normal best friends would do when they were alone.
Yuma's fingers came tangled in Michael's locks, and Michael's hands grabbed fistfuls of Yuma's jacket and shirt, trying to pull them as close as possible. Slowly but gradually, they lay on the bed, staring into each-other's eyes as they did nothing.
"I love you." They said together.
I'm glad I asked about Chronomaly...
Short little one shot, but I had to get it our of my mind. Read and review people.
