I fell for a married man
Disclaimer note:
I own everything! Wait, who was that? Must have been my evil twin. I'm only 14, so what could I possibly own? I don't own anything Gilmore girls related except for all seven seasons on DVD. The beginning is script from the season four episode "in the clamor and the clanger".
LORELAI: I could move in with you guys, you wouldn't notice.
LUKE: none of this is your business.
LORELAI: it's absolutely my business.
LUKE: how?
LORELAI: because I wasted a week of my life adjusting to the fact that you moved, just to find out that you didn't.
LUKE: how much adjusting did you have to do? Nothings changes. I see you every day. I still cook your food. I still serve your coffee. What do you care?
LORELAI: I care.
LUKE: why?
LORELAI: because I don't want you to move.
LUKE: why? Why don't you want me to move?
LORELAI: because in between all the years of our friendship, I was stupid enough to fall in love with the married man standing in front of me. I know it sounds insane, but it's just how I feel. Now, i'm going to go home before I humiliate myself any more.
Lorelai turned to leave, but instead of letting her go, Luke pulled her in and kissed her. She soon forgot about Jason all the same as he forgot about Nicole for a second. She then found herself kissing him back. She slid her tongue across his bottom lip, therefore having him grant entrance into his mouth, their tongues fighting for control. As soon as she pulled away, she lent her forehead against his.
LUKE: I love you too. I've always loved you, ever since we met. I'm definitely divorcing Nicole. I've been waitig too long to screw this up.
LORELAI: good, because I really want to be with you.
After she said those words, their lips managed to come together again, her arms snaking around his neck and going through his hair, with his arms around her waist, therefore temporarily forgetting to break the bells.
(don't worry, they still broke 'em.)
