Jasper's POV

"Hey Jasper! Hi Henry. What's up? I haven't seen you guys today." Maggie Winnock asked me and my cousin Henry.

"Hey Maggie. Nothing really. Just the great blue sky. And yeah! Where have you been all day?" Henry asked Maggie.

"Jasper's fine thanks for asking. We've been in the DOUM rooms cramming for a test today. What about you?" I asked her. We were walking around the museum before our shift at the cafe.

"I'm good too. And why do you always procrastinate Jasper? I mean, you have to think these things through! I was tutoring Zach, by the way." She said. Why does she always get mad at me? What did I do? And Zach? He's a straight A and B student. He doesn't need tutoring.

"Haha. You're so funny Mags, Zach doesn't need tutoring." I laughed. We go up to the cafe and put on our aprons. I kinda got tangled up in mine so Maggie had to help me.

"I don't know how, but Zach showed me an algebra test he failed. He got a D+ I mean how is that even possible for a guy who has really good grades?" She asked me. I am so confused. I walked out of the cafe and looked for Zach. He was sitting next to Lance.

"Hey Zach! Are your grades dropping? Maggie just told us she was tutoring you! Oh, hey Lance." I exclaimed. I sat down next to Lance. I shot him a glare as he went into his backpack probably looking for a way to murder me. He put his hands up in surrender.

"Dude! Calm! I'm not failing anything, I tanked the test for an excuse to hang out with Maggie. My ex is clingy so I'm using Maggie to get her off my back." He said nonchalantly. HOW COULD HE DO THAT TO MY MA- wait. Did I just say my Maggie? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Jasper your so funny. Thank you Jasper. I thought nervously.

"Dude, that's not cool. Maggie's my friend, you shouldn't use her like that." I said. I quickly said bye and walked off. I could hear Lance and Zach laughing quietly as I left.

"Maggie! Zach is using you to get his clingy ex off his back!" I said. Please listen, please, please, please.

"JASPER THAT IS SO RUDE! HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT! SO THE ONLY WAY ANY GUY WOULD HANG OUT WITH ME IS IF THEY WERE USING ME?" She yelled. Didn't work.
