Touma was indeed known for his genius intellect, off and on the battlefield. Voices in the wind claimed he and his Digimon partner Gaomon had mastered more than thirty-seven different battle strategies together, resorting to strategy names such as B+ to circumvent the problem of a lack of alphabet letters. Simply put, they were legends among the DATS members, and there was hardly any who stood at their tier (despite Masaru's consistent claims).

They were admired particularly for their teamwork. Touma would simply give the name of the plan, and Gaomon would execute it without fail. Surely splendid, flawless - even Captain Satsuma was impressed over and over again. It was rumored that his success and his intellect had even started a fan club in his name, though he was smart enough to know that that had not been the instigator.

Those honored enough to battle with him found his speedy ability to knock out enemies to be even more of a reason to idolize him (Masaru excluded, of course). This, of course, was all towards the perfection of his battle strategies. The typical DATS mission usually went as follows:

"Gaomon! Plan C+! Under three minutes!"
"Yes, Master!"

And to the awe of the other Digimon in DATS, Gaomon always succeeded in meeting his master's demands. With each battle Gaomon would beat the record time by a few seconds, and with each mission the two would continue to slice that time.

It was certainly more impressive than the time it took Masaru to obtain his Digi-Soul.

But occasionally the roles would be reversed, though not many knew of this part of Touma's legacy. Their roles weren't truly reversed, though; Touma was still making the calls, and he was still the holder of the list of strategies. However, it was in this situation that Touma would be the one being timed, and Gaomon was the holder of the clock.

"Five minutes, master!"
"Make it three," Touma would say, all before sneaking his way through the door.

Seconds later, Agumon would find himself being thrown out the door. The two Digimon would wait outside, Agumon persistently asking about the unusual watch around Gaomon's left glove, but the Digimon would say nothing. One minute would pass, then two... and then:

"Gaomon, let's go."

And the two would leave.

This unusual change in roles was only known to four people (assuming that a person is a living conscious, or else it would be two Digimon and two people). The first, of course, was Touma, who always seemed to break the record time, very much characteristic of his partner Gaomon (the second). The third was Agumon, who was perhaps the only living soul to witness Gaomon with a watch around his arm. And finally, the fourth...

"You BASTARD!!" Masaru would yell, slamming the door wide with one hand while using his other to cover his lower, naked half. "That's not fair... dammit, Touma!"

Touma hoped, however, that the world would know only of his speediness on the battlefield. If anyone should find out about his ability to make Masaru orgasm in record time, too...

He didn't even want to think about it.
