I Guess She Knows
"Kagome! Stop!" She pouted. "Why?" "B-Because it's annoying!" "But they're so cute!" Yehhh.. There she goes again. Rubbing my ears. I'm such a liar. It's not annoying when she rubs my ears. It feels really good… But I'm not going to tell her that. And, so I just lay there trying to look annoyed while I enjoy it. At some point I shuddered under her soft hands. I hope she didn't feel that. She is not supposed to know! I could feel a red tinge of warmth take place on my cheeks. "When are you gonna stop?" "Ehh. Soon"
"How S-" Wah. She's sucking on my ear! I-it's—thump. Thump-thump. Thump-thump-thump. Where the heck is that sound coming from? I opened one eye to see and realized that it was my foot tapping. Oh. By now my face was very hot. Yarrrrgh! She's not supposed to know!! "Hehehehe." "I was right! You do like it when I rub your ears!" She let stopped rubbing and at once my foot stopped. I look in the other direction in an attempt to hide my pink tinged face. Then I heard her move and shift her position to face me. I opened my eyes and was about to ask what was her problem, but her lips crashed onto mine before I could.
And so I lay there with my eyes wide open with her lips on mine for about ten seconds. I can imagine myself looking like a huge fool. She pulled back and smiled and went back to rubbing my ears. With my eyes still wide open from shock. I pondered. I guess she knew all along. I waited a while to see if she'd say anything else. But nothing came out of her mouth. I guess she knows that I don't want her to know that I like my ears being rubbed. Good. And. So I lay there trying to look annoyed while I enjoy it.
"Mom! Dad! Look! Uncle Souta won the soccer championship!"
Dam. "Yah. We'll be down there in a sec!"
