Lisbon had talked to the girl briefly at the crime scene, astonished at how very pregnant she was, astonished at how very young she was. She wasn't much older than Annie.
Her name was Christina She had that look in her eyes that Lisbon recognized. Probably didn't know who the father was. Probably couldn't go home. Probably had nowhere else to go.
Lisbon brought the shivering girl to her car where it was warm. When Lisbon dialed family services, the girl panicked and ran. How hard could it be to find a pregnant teen?
Impossible apparently. They never found her.
