As his eyes opened,
He knew something was wrong.
He was lying on the ground,
With blood smeared everywhere.
Pain erupted as he moved,
So he just had to give up.
He looked around.
Everything was ruined.
Buildings were smashed.
Metal, brick and concrete,
Coated everything in broken pieces.
Suddenly, he heard a shout.
'She's dead!' they cried.
Who was she?
Who was he with before this?
Only one name sprang to mind.
That name was Musa.
Concern flashed through his head.
He ignored his pain;
Sat up abruptly.
There he saw her,
Lying limp and lifeless.
He had lost his love.
Taken away in the apocalypse.
Everything was ruined.
Riven was broken.
