Prologue
Tony Stark was in England because Pepper wanted him to do a business deal with Grunnings. Now he was at this guys house which the guy Vernon or whatever was droning on. He was going to kill Pepper. He would rather be with Loki.
He heard a loud noise from the kitchen he gets up despite Petunia's protests and sees a small kid that looked about 3 cooking looking frighten at Vernon and was clutching his arm.
"You useless freak", Vernon says hitting him
Tony intervenes and steps in front of the kid. He could see the child had a broken arm and he was crying.
"Don't hit that child", Tony says angrily
"He is a useless freak. Come on Mr Stark lets talk business", Vernon says
"No. I will not see you abuse this kid any longer he is coming with me. I will have my lawyers on you in a second", Tony says
"Fine take the brat. We never wanted him anyway", Vernon says
"What is your name kid?" Tony asks softly
"Harry Potter", Harry says crying
"Would you like to come with me? We will get that arm fixed" Tony asks
"Yes", Harry says
"Do you have any things?" Tony asks
Harry leads Tony to his cupboard and pulls out a toy stag.
"You lived in a cupboard? And where are your toys?" Tony asks angrily
"Yes. Freaks don't get a room or toys", Harry says
"That will change Harry. I promise you", Tony says
The Dursley's were watching.
"Your lucky I don't call the police but I want this kept quiet. So I won't but be warily one day I might", Tony says to them
Tony leads Harry out too his car. Harry gets in the front seat. Tony drives them.
"Are you really Ironman?" Harry asks timidly
"Yes. You know about me?" Tony asks
"I saw what you did in New York. They didn't know I watched it", Harry says, "It was against Loki wasn't it?"
"Yes. But Loki was being controlled. He is now my husband now and I have a wife named Wanda too. Will you be alright if we both adopted you?" Tony asks
"You want me?" Harry asks
"Yes", Tony says, "How old are you?"
"5. And my teachers say I am the smartest person in the class and they want to put me up a grade. But my Aunt and Uncle say no", Harry says
"Well I won't", Tony says
"Do you have kids?" Harry asks
"I have 9 adopted children and Loki has one daughter and five sons", Tony says
They arrive at the hospital and Tony carries Harry out of the car. And into the emergency room. The Doctors immediately takes them in after Tony flashed his money around. They asked questions about who did this but Tony shut them up with money.
"What colour do you want your cast young man?" the Doctor asks
"Green and red", Harry says
"We can't do…", Tony glares at the doctor
"We can try", the Doctor stutters
The Intern manages to do it since the doctor couldn't. Tony paid the intern for helping Harry.
"How about I be the first to sign it?" Tony asks Harry as they wait to be discharged
"Yes please", Harry says
The intern hands them a pen and Tony signs his name. Harry asks the intern to do it too. Which he does. The Nurse gives Harry a teddy bear and then the Doctor clears them to go.
They make it to his private jet. Harry cautiously looks at it from Tony's arms. Tony could tell he was nervous.
"Never been on a plane before?" Tony asks
"No", Harry says shyly
"Don't worry come and sit by me", Tony says
Harry does and Tony puts Harry's seat belt on. Harry clings to Tony as they take off. Before he relaxes and goes into sleep. Thanks to the pain killers the Doctor gave him.
Tony then calls home.
"Tony", Loki says
"Hey Lokes. I know you will kill me but I kind of taken in a boy from abusive parents and I feel very attacked to him", Tony says
"Tony! You should have asked Wanda and me first", Loki says
"I know but there wasn't time. His bedroom was a cupboard and the broke his arm in front of me", Tony says
Loki growls, "Are they alive? I will kill them"
"Loki calm down your pregnant. They will live for now. Can you have JARVIS find out everything about Harry Potter?" Tony asks
"I will", Loki says
"We will be heading home now. We will have to go shopping for him", Tony says
"Ok. I am up to shopping", Loki says
"Have Pepper set up a room for him on our floor", Tony says
"I will", Loki says
"Tell the others please he is a little afraid", Tony says
"I will see you soon", Loki says
They hung up and Tony connects to JARVIS to look at want he can find about the Potters with a son named Harry. There wasn't much.
7 hours later they land in New York. Tony carries Harry off the plane. Happy was waiting for them with the car.
"Harry this is Happy my driver. Happy this is Harry", Tony says
"Nice to meet you Harry", Happy says
Harry nods shyly. Tony gets them in the car and drives them through the city. Harry loved the look at the city.
"Harry when we get to Avengers Tower the team will be there. They won't hurt you and my husband Loki will be there. Your part of our family now", Tony says
"Ok", Harry says scared
Happy drives them into the underground car park and Tony picks up Harry again and they go inside.
"Welcome home sir", JARVIS says
"What was that?" Harry jumps in Tony's arms
"That is JARVIS he is a AI and runs the tower and my homes", Tony explains
"So he is an artificial intelligence?" Harry asks
Tony's eyes widen how could a kid of 5 know that?
"Yes he is. We are now coming to the floor that is used for everyone", Tony says
Tony walks into the room and Steve, Bruce, Natasha, Clint, Pepper, Wanda and Loki were waiting for them. Harry looks nervously at them. Pepper gasps Harry looked like Tony and Loki but how was that possible?
"Everyone this is Harry Potter. He was left with his abusive relatives and his parents are dead", Tony says
Loki hears the name again and his eyes widen. As memories that had been blocked open up too him.
"Tony remember how my fathers favourite punishments were sending Thor and I down to earth sometimes with memories and sometimes without?" Loki asks
"Yes", Tony says
"Odin put me down to earth in the 1970's and I grow up as Lily Evans", Loki says and Tony's eyes widen
He remembered having sex with Lily Evans in 1989.
"You were Lily Evans?" Tony asks
"Yes. Odin put me in a body of a dead baby girl. And I married James after I slept with you. James was infertile by a curse in battle and didn't want me not to have children we had a fight and I ended up with you. We parted ways and I went back to James telling him everything. He was happy I was having a child and I told him to blood adopt you so our son could have a father. But we died. My mortal body died and I woke up in Asgard and I was a mess. So Father blocked my memories. Till now I didn't know", Loki says, "Nobody but me knew James was infertile. Now even our close friends"
"I thought you were dead. But now I have you back with my Tony and Loki who was my best friend Lily when I was in that world. I left when I thought you died Loki", Wanda says
"Well this is a shocker", Clint says
"Who are they?" Harry asks
"This is your Uncle Bruce aka the Hulk, Uncle Clint, Aunt Natasha, Uncle Steve and your mother Loki and Loki's best friend in the Wizarding world at that time Wanda who is my wife besides Loki and my other wife Pepper", Tony says
"How?" Harry asks confused
Loki transforms into Lily's body. Harry recognises her.
"Mummy", Harry says holding out his arms to Loki
Loki takes Harry and holds him close.
"Auntie Tunie said your dead. Died in a car crash", Harry says
Loki's eyes widen.
"He was placed with Petunia?" Loki asks angrily
Harry whimpers.
"I am not angry with you Harry", Loki says hugging him
"Is Daddy with you?" Harry asks
"The Daddy you knew James Potter is in Valhalla. But your real Daddy is Tony Stark", Loki says, "James Potter blood adopted you in a ritual"
"Blood adopted? Ritual?" Tony asks confused
"James was a wizard. Midgard has whole societies of them. He added his blood to Harry's then Harry had two fathers and me as a mother at the time. I was a witch at the time and went to Hogwarts to learn to use my magic", Loki says
"Uncle Vernon says there is no such thing as magic", Harry says
"Well little one there is. Don't listen to anything the Dursley's said. I will tell you the truth", Loki says
Loki explains everything growing up and going to Hogwarts and meeting Tony then marrying James and how James and he died. The Avengers were shocked.
"Father, Mother and Thor were the only ones who know. Your Uncle Thor will be happy to meet you", Loki says
"What about my Grandparents?" Harry asks
"Mother will be overjoyed don't know about father. Mother will make him see reason. You will be a Prince since I am one but only on Asgard", Loki says
"So Tony is my Daddy?" Harry asks
"Yes", Loki says
"What shall I call you? As you have two forms?" Harry asks
Loki chuckles, "You have the intelligence of both Tony and I. In my female form you can call me Mum and male form you can choose"
"Papa?" Harry asks
"That will do", Loki says
"What do I call you?" Harry asks Wanda
"Whatever you want. I am married to Loki and Tony", Wanda says, "Even though I am gone sometimes for long periods of time"
"Mama then", Harry says
"I would love that", Wanda says
"Can I call you Ma?" Harry asks Pepper
"Of course you can sweetheart", Pepper says
"Your Daddy is a magical too he is a Enchanter, Wanda is an Enchantress/Supreme Sorceress, Pepper is a Sorceress and I am a Mage we have a very long life span"
"Why didn't you tell us Tony?" Steve asks
"I wanted it a secret. But my son needed to know. Loki unlocked my power. Loki has taught me how to use it and has given me books now he is pregnant and I don't want to hurt him", Tony replies
"The magic scale in Asgard is Arch-Mage, Mage, Enchanter/Enchantress, Supreme Sorceress, Sorcerer/Sorceress, Witch/Wizard", Loki says, "My father is an Arch-Mage and so is Mother"
"So Harry will be pretty powerful", Bruce says
"Yes", Loki says, "Either a Arch-Mage or Mage or Enchanter. I am pretty sure his power is not as a wizard. But he will go to Hogwarts. Even though I don't trust Dumbledore sending him to Petunia's. Who else could it be?"
"Your tummy is big", Harry says
"Your going to have a brother or sister soon. You will be a big brother", Tony says
"I would like that. Do I have any other siblings?" Harry asks
"Yes. Six from me and another 8 from your Daddy who adopted them", Loki says
"I am here", a teen says with black hair and looked like Loki
"Hela", Loki says handing Harry to Tony before hugging his daughter, "What are you going here?"
"Wanted to meet my brother", Hela says
"Harry this is Hela she is my daughter and Queen of Helheim and Niflheim. Hela this is my son Harry Potter", Loki says
"Hello Harry Father will have to work on the name now he has the full memories. I know what happened at the Dursley's and they will be punished when they enter my realm", Hela says
"Helheim is the world of the dead isn't it?" Harry asks shyly
"How did you know?" Loki asks
"I read books from school Norse mythology was my favourite along with science", Harry says
Tony looks at Harry in glee he had a son that loved science! And was as smart as him. The other Avengers groan at another Tony and with Loki's genes too.
"He also has 5 sons but they are not in a form like us but his twins", Tony says
"Don't forget us Dad", two teens say who both had white with black strips hair and blue/grey eyes
"Kaetia, Katiryi", Tony says
"Hello brother I am High Queen Kaetia of Catherion a world just outside the nine main realms", Kaetia says
"I am her co-ruler but just a Queen Katiryi of Catheron", Katiryi says
Another women enters she had blonde hair with blue and black stripes in it and gold eyes.
"I am Queen Mysteria of Celestia Planet. Father adopted me when I didn't know my identity. When I did he is still my father", Mysteria says
"I am Queen Ziggy of the planet Polypontus", Ziggy says has black hair and silver eyes
"I am Queen Imperia of Alorn one of the countries on my planet", Imperia says she had brown hair with a purple stripe in it she had grey eyes
"I am on the same planet of Imperia. I am Queen Maysna of Rive and I have a husband", Maysna says and she had black hair with brown and white stripes in it she had blue/silver eyes.
"I am also from the same planet as Imperia and Maysna. I am Queen Sednaya of Cherak", Sednaya says smiling she had blonde hair with red and orange stripes in it, she had brown eyes.
"I am King Beltaln of the Icemarki Planet. Welcome brother", Beltaln says he had black hair with brown in it, he had green eyes
"Hello all my sisters and brothers Queens and Kings?" Harry asks
"Not all of them. Mine all aren't. All Tony's adopted ones are. This wolf here is my son Fenrir he protects us all", Loki says gesturing to the wolf besides him
Fenrir barks at Harry. Harry giggles as Fenrir licks him.
"Your brothers Sleipnir is with my father and Jormungandr is a serpent that can change into human form", Loki says
"That is why I am here to see my new little brother", Jormungandr says he had scales on his arms you could see
"Hello", Harry says shyly
"Hello little brother. We will get along well", Jormungandr says
"That is about everyone", Loki says
"We are here father", two boys say together
"What are you doing here?" Loki asks, "Shouldn't you be with your mother?"
"Mother has moved on and doesn't want as we found a passage way to come here", one says
"Hela helped", the other says
Harry could see these two looked like humans.
"Hello little brother I am Narfi", Narfi says
"And I am Vali welcome to the odd family", Vali says
"Thank you", Harry says yawning
"Time for bed. We will go shopping tomorrow", Tony says
"Goodbye", Harry says to his siblings
"We will see you soon", they says disappearing like mist
Tony carry's Harry too his room with Loki right beside him
Harry's bedroom was about the size of the downstairs of the Dursley's.
"We will paint this room tomorrow. What would you like?" Tony asks
"The night sky on the roof if it is not so much trouble", Harry says
"In the night sky how about a thunder bolt for your Uncle Thor when you meet him. What about a forest on the walls with a stag, grim, lion, werewolf, husky dog, eagle and wolves in it showing?" Loki asks
"My blood adopted Daddy was a stag I think like this one?" Harry asks holding up the worn Prongs
"Yes he was and your Uncle Moony was a werewolf, your Godfather and Uncle was a grim dog, your Uncle Frank was a lion, your Aunt Amelia was a husky god, your Grandfather has wolves and your Mama was an Eagle manly but she can change into any shape now. I wonder why Moony didn't take you", Loki wonders
"Goodnight Daddy, Papa", Harry says sleepily
"Goodnight son", they say
When Harry was asleep. Tony and Loki head back outside to talk with the rest of the Avengers.
"You need to ease up on the children", Clint teases
"Well mine are all grown up", Tony says sitting down
"And all mine are too. Harry is the only one", Loki says sitting down
"What was with the cast?" Bruce asks concerned
Tony explains everything to them and they had to stop Bruce from turning into the Hulk. Tony asked Pepper to call the painters to have Harry's room painted when they went out tomorrow. Loki designed want Harry wanted and Pepper promised that it would be done.
"I need to find out what happened to Sirius", Loki says
"Sirius who?" Fury says storming in
"Security breach", Tony says
"I heard you bought a little kid here. Stark what is going on?" Fury growls
Tony and Loki explain Harry and their relationship at that time.
"Only you two could be the parents of Harry Potter the-boy-who-lived", Fury says
"What do you know?" Loki asks
Fury tells them what happened after Halloween. That Harry was famous in the wizarding world and he was named the boy-who-lived. And How Sirius Black was sentenced to Azkaban for betraying them and killing Muggles and Peter Pettigrew and he didn't get a trial.
"Sirius won't do that! He loved Harry like a son. He also basically adopted Harry. They didn't even give him a trial? That is outrageous. I want him out of Azkaban and here were MACUSA can trial him", Loki demands
"We can't get him out and the fool Fudge will refuse to listen", Fury says
"Fudge is Minister? He is an idiot", Loki growls
"I can agree on that. But I can't help you", Fury says
"I will free Sirius it is the least I can do for James", Loki says
"I don't want a part of it. Do what you like but don't get caught", Fury says leaving
"You can't go to Azkaban Father the Dementors", Vali says
"I can't leave him there", Loki says
"We will get him", the twins say
"With me. He was a friend too me. And I should have known. I will talk to Amelia too as they were engaged when he was sent to Azkaban", Wanda says
"I will trust you too get him out I will meet you at MACUSA", Loki says
"Of course", Wanda says opening a portal and taking Narfi and Vali with her
"I am going to MACUSA. Coming Tony?" Loki asks
"Where is it?", Tony asks
"The Woolworths building", Loki says
The other Avengers promise to stay with Harry as Loki and Tony head out…
Wanda appears in Amelia Bones's office with Narfi and Vali. Amelia had her wand trained on them. Until she recognises Wanda.
"Wanda", Amelia says
"Amelia. Your Head of the Department of Law Enforcement now?" Wanda asks
"Yes. I have concentrated on my niece and career after Sirius", Amelia says
"Do you think he is guilty?" Wanda asks
"I believe he is innocent but he was found guilty", Amelia says
"He never got a trial Amelia. So he wasn't found anything. I am here to break him out with my stepsons and take him to America where MACUSA will try him. If Loki has anything to do about it", Wanda replies
"Explain", Amelia demands
Wanda does and Amelia couldn't believe it Lily her friend was Loki a Prince of Asgard. Harry was with his parents now and his guardians had abused him. And she explains who Narfi and Vali are. Amelia pales her beloved was in Azkaban. She needed him out.
"Take Sirius out of Azkaban and get him asylum in America. I will pretend to know nothing. But I want to witness the questioning", Amelia says
"Got to the Woolworths Building in New York. We will meet you there", Wanda says
Wanda disappears with Narfi and Vali and the land in Azkaban. The Dementors were already swarming and Wanda sends out a powerful magic to protect herself, Narfi and Vali. Wanda moves through the cells and finally finds Sirius's.
"Padfoot", Wanda says softly seeing the grim
Padfoot transforms into Sirius.
"Wanda am I hallucinating?" Sirius croaks
"No. We are getting you out", Wanda says
She hears Narfi and Vali knocking out the guards.
"I can't I will be a wanted man", Sirius says
"You will be going to America. MACUSA will interrogate you and when you are announced innocent you will get asylum from Britain till they see sense", Wanda says waving her hand and the bars disappear
"Why now?" Sirius asks
"Your questions will be answered in time. Now lets go", Wanda says taking his hand
She gets Narfi and Vali near her and opens a portal. And she pulls Sirius in with Narfi and Vali following her. Leaving all guards in Azkaban panicking…
Loki had gotten the Minister FOR Magic USA Mackendra Dixon too agree to trial Sirius even at this time of night. She had gotten her Head of Department of Law Enforcement Matthew Holmes to come in and question Loki with the Head of the Auror Department Marcus Noble too help too.
Loki explains everything and how he was put into the body of a stillborn baby and was Lily Potter. He explained everything he couldn't have truth serum as he was pregnant. But Loki swore on his magic and he showed them that he still had it.
Amelia Bones arrives from the UK with an international port-key.
"Amelia", Loki says in the form of Lily Potter
"Lily or Loki now?" Amelia asks
"Lily when I am in this form and Loki in the other. I am sorry I didn't find out sooner", Loki says
"Wanda explained you only got your memories back in the last few hours", Amelia says
"That is true. When Tony bought Harry home", Loki replies
"So Harry was with your adopted sister?" Amelia asks
"Yes. They abused him", Loki says
"He has a broken arm at the moment", Tony says
"He has it in a No-Maj cast", Loki says
"Do you remember Frank and Alice?" Amelia asks
"Yes what happened too them?" Loki asks
"Tortured into insanity by the Lestrange's and Crouch Jr", Amelia says
"I will heal their mines. I will have Wanda get them and take them to Asgard my mother will help them and she knows they are good friends of mine they should be able to help them", Loki says, "Who is looking after Neville?"
"Neville is with his Grandmother. She hasn't been easy on the poor kid. If you can fix Frank and Alice that would do wonders on the kid. Augusta refuses to listen to me when I said the magic probably scared him into not doing any because magic hurt his parents. But she doesn't listen and she allows the family to try and get the magic out of him", Amelia explains
"I will have Wanda get them", Loki says
"So your Tony Stark the true father of Harry Potter?" Amelia asks Tony
"Yes. But apparently James Potter blood adopted him. Wanda will be blood adopting him too as she is our wife too", Tony informs her
"Well I will want to be a witness and Susan can play with Harry", Amelia says
"Do you babysit Susan?" Loki asks
"My brothers and sister-in-laws and nieces and nephews were all murdered a few days after Halloween", Amelia says, "I am her legal guardian now"
"I am so sorry", Loki says
"You lost something too most people did. Loki did you remember the betrothal contract you had for Harry?" Amelia asks
Loki curses, "Yes they were with Susan Bones, Padma Patil, Su Li, Luna Lovegood, Megan Jones, Lilith Moon, Fay Dunbar, Tracey Davis and Daphne Greengrass. One for each title but James wasn't clear about his titles just that he couldn't marry anyone else sense he was infertile and one was for the Evans title"
"You will have too do a inheritance test when you take him to a magical district and go to Gringotts", Amelia says
"How long can you stay here?" Loki asks
"I have to get back to my niece", Amelia says
"Take a few days off and go and get Susan and then we can do this together. And Harry will have a friend", Loki says
"Where will we stay?" Amelia asks
"I have plenty of room", Tony says
"Thank you. I will get Susan now. Don't start the questioning without me", Amelia says leaving to get a port-key
"Thank you my love", Loki says kissing Tony
"I know how much friends mean too you and how much they will mean to Harry. I will also take in your friends Frank and Alice and their son. Sounds like this Neville kid needs it", Tony says
"Thank you", Loki says
Wanda suddenly appears with Vali and Narfi.
"Sirius is getting fresh clothes they are allowing him that and chocolate before them interrogate him", Wanda tells them
"He is bad isn't he?" Loki asks
"He has seen better days", Wanda replies
"Did anyone see you?" Loki asks
"No. Vali and Narfi made sure of that and I wiped their minds to make sure. Has Amelia been here?" Wanda asks
"She has gone to get Susan", Loki replies
"I am back", Amelia says carrying Susan who was sleeping
Susan had changed since she was a baby. Loki could see she was just like her parents.
"We are about to interrogate Mr Black", Matthew Holmes says
"Can someone watch Susan?" Amelia asks
"We will", Vali and Narfi reply
Amelia looks at Loki.
"They can be trusted", Loki replies
"Very well. Hopefully we won't be long", Amelia says lying Susan down on the couch that Loki had conjured
Once she made sure Susan was settled. Amelia, Wanda, Loki and Tony were escorted to a viewing window to watch the interrogation. Amelia saw that Sirius was malnourished and he was gaunt from his time in Azkaban. He looked clean and Wanda told Amelia they allowed him a shower but had a guard outside the shower to make sure he didn't run away.
"I am Minister Mackendra Dixon", Minister Dixon says
"I am scribe Natalee Smith", Natalee says
"I am Head of Department of Law Enforcement Matthew Holmes", Holmes says
"I am Head of the Auror Department Marcus Noble. Do you consent in using Veritaserum?" Head Auror Noble asks
"Yes", Sirius says
Holmes motions for an Auror to come with the Veritaserum. They place three drops in his mouth. Sirius's eyes quickly glaze over.

"He is under", Minister Dixon says with a nod to the scribe Natalee Smith who was writing everything down
"Were you ever a support of Voldemort or his Death Eaters?" Head Auror Noble asks
"No, never", Sirius replies
"Were you the Potter's secret keeper?" Head Auror Noble asks
"No", Sirius replies

"I would have been the obvious choose as I was James best friend in school and he was like a brother to me especially when my parents kicked me out I stayed at the Potters. So we decided Peter would be the secret keeper and I would be the decoy and lead Voldemort and his Death Eaters on a chase far away from my best friends and godson. We choose Peter because we thought Remus was the spy", Sirius replies
"Who is Remus?" Head Auror Noble asks
"Remus Lupin was another best friend like a brother", Sirius replies

"It shames me to think that because he was a werewolf he was the spy", Sirius replies

"I went to Peter's hiding place on Halloween 1991 and found him missing. I didn't see any signs of a struggle so I frantically made my way to Godric's Hollow to find the house in ruins. Amelia quickly goes up to him and he brings her into his arms and hugs her tight both were crying. Sirius was apologising and Amelia said there was nothing to forgive. They kiss which both had been without for years. They part and Sirius greets Wanda first.

"Not me. It was one of my husbands Loki", Wanda says gesturing to Loki standing with Tony
"Loki the God of Mischief and Trickery and Lies?" Sirius asks
"And also was Lily Potter", Loki says transforming into Lily
"Your really Lily too?" Sirius asks
"Yes. I will explain when we get to Avengers Tower. We will go now. Amelia get Susan with Sirius. Tony will bring the car around, Vali and Narfi take yourselves back to Avengers Tower. While I talk to Wanda", Loki orders
Amelia takes Sirius's hand and they go to get Susan. Tony goes to get the car. Leaving Wanda and Loki.
"I need another favour", Loki says
"What?" Wanda asks
"I need you to go to St Murgos and get Frank and Alice Longbottom. You remember them don't you?" Loki asks
"Yes Alice was our best friend", Wanda says
"Well they were tortured into insanity by…", Loki explains
"So you want me to bring them to Queen Frigga and Eir to get them healed. I can do that", Wanda says

Loki walks out to find Tony helping Amelia and a sleeping Susan in the back seat. Sirius gets in Loki could see he was unsure. Tony smiles at Loki and helps him into the front seat. Tony drives them to Avengers Tower. And they make their way up to Tony, Loki and Wanda's floor.
"Welcome back sirs", JARVIS says
Making Sirius and Amelia jump. Waking Susan.
"Auntie where are we?" Susan asks
"We are at a friends. Go back to sleep", Amelia says gently
"What was that?" Sirius asks
"My AI. Artificial Intelligence he runs the tower and all my homes", Tony says
Tony shows them a spare room to put Susan in. And Tony and Loki explain everything to them. How Loki was Lily really shocked Sirius. Who finally hugged Loki tight and felt Loki's stomach kick.
"Your pregnant?" Sirius asks
"Yes. With Tony's child. It is not Wanda's or Pepper's that I know", Loki replies
"So your married to Wanda, Pepper and Tony?" Sirius asks
"Yes. Now you two need to sleep we will go shopping in the morning. And you can see Harry again", Loki says
"What is he like?" Sirius asks as they were shown to a room besides Susan's.
"Shy but very intelligent", Tony says grinning
"On who his parents are no surprise", Amelia says
They say their goodnights and they all head to their beds ready for another goodnights sleep…
Harry wakes up in the morning confused and scared about where he was and how long he slept. Suddenly he remembers his Daddy getting him and meeting his Papa/Mummy, his Mama and his Ma.
"Good morning Master Harry. You Dad is coming for you", JARVIS says
True a minute later Tony comes in with a smile.
"Hi Champ. Ready for breakfast?" Tony asks
"I am sorry I slept in I will make breakfast now", Harry says scared

Harry hesitantly holds out his arms. Tony picks him up gently. Harry looked like a three/four-year-old. Loki and Tony discussed it and they needed to get Harry some could food to help him and to see a healer maybe today as they couldn't find any medical records on him so he needed his shots.
Tony carries Harry into the kitchen/dinning room where everyone normally gathered and Harry sees his Papa making pancakes and more. He sees three strangers he didn't know but they looked kind of familiar and a girl around his age. Two who didn't look familiar.
"This is your Uncle Thor my brother and his girlfriend Jane who will be like an Aunt too you. They will be joining us today", Loki says
"Hi", Harry says shyly
"Nephew!" Thor booms

Sirius was doing his best not to swear as he could see Harry had been unfed and mistreated. Amelia wasn't happy either with Harry's appearance or clothes.
"We haven't had time to get his clothes yet. Today", Loki whispers to Sirius and Amelia so Harry won't hear

"He was being held for a crime he didn't commit. Now he is free here in America", Tony explains
And Sirius and Amelia were surprised when Harry understood it.

"Yes I did. I wanted an heir and your like my own", Sirius says

"If that is alright with your Daddy, Papa, Mama and Ma", Sirius says looking at them

Tony puts Harry at the table.
"We have chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry pancakes, banana pancakes, English muffins, Chocolate chip muffins, cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausages, scones, waffles, bacon, bangels, French toast and toast so dig in", Loki says
Harry looks at all the food wondering if he was aloud this delicious food. Tony sees his indecision and gives his a 2 chocolate chip pancake, English muffin, a cinnamon roll, 2 waffles, bacon and eggs.
"Try all that if your still hungry you can have more", Tony says
Harry starts to eat and sees the others having a lot more then he was having. Harry was starving so he ate what he had in front of him plus a bangel and two slices of French toast.
"Done?" Loki asks
"Yes", Harry says, "You want me to clean the dishes?"
"No kiddo you won't have to do that again. Adults do all of that", Tony says
"Ok", Harry says
"Now Pepper got you an outfit too go out today in but we need to go shopping. Will be going to Horizon Wizarding Square and some normal shops", Loki replies
"Ok Papa", Harry says
"Do you need help?" Tony asks
"I might need help with reaching the sink", Harry says softly
"Come on then Kiddo", Tony says picking Harry up and taking him to his bedroom
Tony places Harry on the sink and hands him a toothbrush. Harry cleans his teeth.
"Ok little man lets get you dressed", Tony says
"I can do it", Harry says and starts to put on clean clothes that were his and not from Dudley
Tony growls as he sees the clothing underneath the pants and top the underwear were bad. And the socks had holes in it. Harry puts everything on.
"I haven't get shoes", Harry says softly
"Who's shoes did you wear here?" Tony asks
"My cousins but they are too big. I put newspaper in them to help", Harry says
"You won't be wearing those then. I will carry you and we will go shoe shopping first", Tony decides
"Thanks", Harry says softly
"Your my son. I will be spending money on you always. I am not short on money", Tony says
Tony lifts Harry up and takes him into the living room.
"What about a TV show while the rest of us change?" Tony asks putting in the Lion King
"Can I join?" Susan asks

While the kids where entertained the adults go about getting everything ready. Tony gave the painters the picture of what the room should look like. They said it will be done by the end of the day. Tony made sure of that by paying them extra. The Avengers were all signing Harry's cast while Thor, Wanda, Tony and Loki were talking. Even Susan did her name in messy handwriting.
"The Longbottom's are with Queen Frigga. She said to tell you she wants to meet her grandson", Wanda says to Tony and Loki
"She would. After this little one is out", Loki says placing a hand on his belly
"Mother also said that it will be a week or two before she can say if she healed their minds then they have to do physical therapy", Thor says
"I expected that", Loki says
"So where are we going?" Natasha says
"Shoe shopping first Harry needs shoes. After the normal stores we will go to Horizon Square", Tony says
"Susan and I can stay here", Amelia says
"No come along. I am having a floor for you and Sirius. As you will be close to Harry. You can buy everything for it. Pepper", Tony calls
Pepper comes over with a card.
"Use this it has my money on it. Buy whatever you like", Tony says
"We can't use your money", Sirius says
"I am not going to run out. Now lets get going. We have two young ones to spoil", Tony says
"One especially and you Sirius will need clothes", Loki says
Tony picks up Harry and Amelia takes Susan and they make their way to the cars. Happy was going to drive Tony, Harry, Loki, Wanda, Amelia, Sirius and Susan with Fenrir who Loki glamoured too look like a normal dog and the others Natasha, Clint, Steve, Bruce, Thor and Jane were going in the second car, while Narfi and Vali were staying at the tower. Pepper was going to stay at Avengers Tower and make the adjustments to the place.
They go to a huge department store first. Tony carries Harry out and Amelia carries Susan. Loki and Wanda stay close to Tony and Harry, Fenrir was close to them and because they were superheros they allowed him in, with the others around them. They went into a kids clothing store and Tony takes Harry to the shoe section.
"What ones do you like?" Tony asks
Harry points at the lighten bolts, planets, cars and the moons shoes. Tony and the shop owner measures Harry's foot and they get the right size. Amelia and Susan were getting shoes too seeing as they were going to be in the Muggle world too it was sensible.
Tony gets Harry five pairs of shoes and says he will by some of the magical ones too. So they get the ones Harry picked and Tony picked the Ironman ones which caused Loki to roll his eyes.
"Which ones do you want to wear?" Tony asks Harry
"Lighten Bolts", Harry says
"Lets get these on then", Tony says
"I can tie the laces", Harry says
Showing Tony he could.
"Well done Kiddo", Tony says

Harry smiles at the praise. Tony picks up Harry again and they pick out more clothes and Harry got too pick all the ones he wanted. But he was still really reserved about spending money. But Loki and Tony were good at distracting Harry. They finish with the clothes paying everything. And Loki shows Amelia how to use Tony's card for Susan.
They leave and go to the toy store. Harry's eyes light up.
"I really get toys?" Harry asks
"Yes. As many as you want", Loki says
"Ok Papa", Harry says, "Daddy I will walk"
Tony puts Harry down.

The Avengers help pick out toys for Harry. Harry picks out several stuffed toys: a wolf, a dog, a snake, a lion, a doe, an elephant, a giraffe, a meerkat, and an eagle. Harry decides to hold the stuff lion with his good arm.
They go to a bookshop next and Tony and Loki show Harry the kids section. Susan and Harry pick out a lot of books. Some of Harry's where of a higher level then children his age.
"He definably has your intelligence", Loki says
"Thanks Lokes", Tony says kissing his lips
They then go to furniture and Loki and Tony make all the picks with a little input from Harry. They even got him a toy chest and a bookcase for his new books. Amelia and Sirius were picking out furniture for their part of the tower and let Susan pick her stuff.
When they were done Tony pays them to deliver everything to Avenger Tower today. They then pile back into the cars and Wanda gives them directions to Horizon Square. They manage to get to Times Square.
"So Horizon Alley is in Time Square?" Tony asks
"Yes", Loki says
They get out of the cars and Loki and Wanda lead the way they the magic users see the café called the Flying Witch. They take hands with the non-magicals and they see it and they can enter. The witches and wizards didn't really pay attention too them even with their large group. Wanda leads they through the arch our the back and they see a huge plaza with stalls in the middle and stops on either side and Gringotts right at the end.

They go to a café and have lunch. Harry was given fish and chips that he never had before. Jane was asking Loki questions about the differences between USA Magical community and the English community about the wizarding world and Loki happily answered.

They pass all the stalls and shops. Harry was looking at them all in amazement. They reach Gringotts and go in Harry looks at the goblins not knowing what they were.

They follow the goblin to one of the top floors with gold doors.
"King Ragnok we have a situation. Prince Loki Odinson is here and he is also Lily Potter", the goblin says to the goblin inside

They walk in and see an old goblin behind his desk.
"Prince Thor and Prince Loki or Lily Potter if my brethren are correct. And you bought No-Maj's with you. I am King Ragnok the Sixth", King Ragnok says

A goblin brings in four goblets of potion. Wanda adds seven drops of blood to one goblet and so does Pepper to another. The runes around the office light up. Loki told Harry want he needed to do.

The runes flash a bright red. Wanda took her goblet.
"I take this boy Harald James Anthony Sirius Stark-Potter-Lokison as my lawful son under the ritual of blood adoption. He will be my flesh and blood. So I say, so smote it be", Wanda says
Wanda drinks the goblet and the runes flash red and green. Wanda hands the other goblet to Harry.
"I, Harry Potter accept the blood adoption by Wanda Maximoff. She will be my mother so I say, so smote it be", Harry says and drinks the goblet
They had given the short version for Harry as he was only 5 years-old. The runes flash gold.

The gold, green, blue, red cover Wanda, Pepper and Harry and when it disappears Harry still had black hair but with a bit of red in it. He looked a mixture of Tony, Loki/Lily, Pepper and Wanda.

"Yes. Sirius Black is still the first godfather ans a father, Amelia Bones will be the first godmother, Frank and Alice are 2nd Godfather and Godmother, Thor will be 3rd godfather with Jane as 3rd godmother, Steve Rodgers will be the 4th godfather, Bruce Banner will be 5th Godfather, Clint Barton will be 6th godfather, Natasha Romanoff will be 4th Godmother and Virginia Potts will be 5th Godmother", Loki says
"Need you to sign these", King Ragnok says, "And they will be godparents"
They all sign the documents.
"Now next order of business you wanted to know titles?" King Ragnok asks
"James never told me what titles he had. And we need to see the betrothal contracts", Loki says
"Very well. Inheritance test first", King Ragnok says, "I need 7 drops of blood"
"Harry we need to prink your finger to do this test. Will you allow us?" Loki asks

Loki pricks Harry's finger and the drops of the blood go on the parchment. Wanda heals Harry's finger.
"Well the Potter family does have their secrets. Here it is", King Ragnok says handing over the parchment

Then they see each month more money had come out. All the Avengers and family were furious. How dare Dumbledore take the money out of an account that wasn't his. And Tony was angry that the Dursley's were paid and never spent it on his son. And so were the Weasley's.
"Who gave Dumbledore right to take out the money?" Loki growls
"The Potter account manager Dirnok", King Ragnok says with a frown
"We didn't give him permission. We want all that money back plus new key to the Potter Vaults", Loki replies
"And the goblin punished", Wanda says
"Dirnok will be punished servilely. And all money will be returned. What about the Money for the Dursley's?" King Ragnok says
"They didn't use any of it on our son so take it all back", Tony says
"And if they don't have enough money?" King Ragnok says
"Sell their house", Loki says
King Ragnok grins, "It will be done"
"We should have copies of all this then I can arrest Dumbledore", Amelia says
"Not yet. We will wait for the right moment", Loki says
"As you say Prince Loki", King Ragnok replies
"Is there anything we should know from the British wizarding world?" Wanda asks
"There is a series of books about Harry do incredible stuff. They are fantasy but everyone loves them and they describe Harry to a tea", King Ragnok says
"I want those books stopped. We aren't getting any money out of it. So we sue them for using our son to boast their fame", Tony says
"I will see to it", King Ragnok asks
"How are all the Potter investments going?" Loki asks
King Ragnok tells them and they are done within an hour. King Ragnok gives them the galleons they wanted for the day. Tony picks up Harry as they leave thanking King Ragnok.
"Well what do we do now?" Jane asks
"Lets look around the plaza", Tony says
They were amazed by some of the shops. Harry got new shoes again one with snitches, one with bludgers and one with quaffle. Harry also gets shoes with phoenixes on them. They go to the wizarding clothing store and Sirius goes off with Amelia and Susan to find himself some clothes. Tony and the others go to the kids section. They pick out a lot of clothes since the USA didn't wear robes they didn't have many. As the USA was into the times not like England.
They go to a magical toy shop and look around Harry looks at his Papa, Daddy and Mama.
"You can by what you like", Tony says
Harry picks out a train set and a set of child snitches. Harry then gets a few more stuffed toys like a phoenix
They then go to the bookshop and get all the books that the Avengers wanted to read including the Series that King Ragnok mentioned. Jane looked for looks with magic and science. Thor was helping her. Pepper got a boo on Politics. Natasha and Clint were looking at books on defence. Steve had found books on the Wizarding wars. Bruce found some medical books. Wanda was picking up children's books with Harry.
"Mama why do those books have my name on them?" Harry asks
"Someone was bad and wanted to boast their fame by making books about you without our permission. Your Daddy and Papa are sorting it out. So why don't we find some other books", Wanda suggests
Harry picks up the Tales of Beedle the Bard and several other books that he liked about creatures and familiars. Sirius went to get a new wand while Loki and Tony take Harry to St Ivy's the magical hospital in the plaza. Loki explained to Harry want they needed. They knew Harry was scared so Tony sat Harry in his lap while Loki took one hand and Wanda put a hand on his near. He has all his jabs for the wizarding and muggle world. Harry had tears in his eyes but doesn't cry out.
"That is my brave little boy", Tony says kissing his forehead
"Harry would you like a familiar?" Loki asks as they leave the hospital
Harry's eyes light up.
"Yes Papa", Harry says
"You might be able to get more than one. Since you have been such a good boy", Tony says smiling
"Thank you Daddy", Harry says
They go to the pet shop which had all different types of magical animals and Muggle ones. Harry looks at a wyvern first.
"Your pretty", Harry hisses
He shocks all the Avengers by having a conversation with the wyvern. But Loki as he could speak to all snake like animals.
"Can she come with us her name is Mystic?" Harry asks
"Of course", Loki says lifting Mystic out of her container.
Harry then sees a baby owl she was white with gold flecks. The owl hoots at Harry and flies to his shoulder.
"I see you got another familiar she is very young too", Tony says
Harry goes over to the kneazle section where he was feeling a pull. He sees a male black, orange and white Kneazle and a female white Kneazle they were just kittens that was curled up with a white and black puppy. A a silver wolf pup.
"Them too?" Tony asks amused
"Yes. If it is not too much trouble", Harry says
"Of course not", Loki says
"That do is a husky", Wanda tells Harry
Tony picks up the kneazles and Wanda the husky. Susan was also getting a kneazle that was white and black. Harry looks around and feels a pull towards a stone that was white. He picks it up and it hatches causing Loki and Wanda to gasp. It was a baby phoenix.
"That is a baby phoenix Harry. They only go to the light of wizards or witches", Wanda explains
"I will pay for it. Call it a gift from missing birthdays and Christmases", Sirius says
Harry left the store happily with his new pets he named the baby owl Hedwig, the male Kneazle Duke and the female Kneazle Duchess, the phoenix Kendra, the wyvern was Mystic, the wolf Balto and the husky Demon. Loki had gotten himself a couple of snakes as they were his symbol. Jane had gotten a Kneazle that was orange and white.
They all finish their shopping and leave the Horizon Square with a lot of stuff. The Loki had to extend the boot of the cars for. Harry was holding his kneazle Jade close as some people start to approach their group.
"Tony Stark! Who is that boy with you?" the reporter asks
"No comment at this time", Tony says
They keep asking questions and Tony quickly puts Harry in the car to shield him from the attention. Loki and the other all climb in and Tony gets in last. They quickly drive away. Loki had pulled Harry close and whispered that everything was alright that those people only wanted to talk with his Dad.
They finally arrived at Stark Tower at 4pm after a whole day of shopping. Pepper was waiting for them.
"Everything I finished and everything you bought today has been put where it belongs. Amelia's floor with Sirius and Susan is ready and the painters have finished Harry's room", Pepper reports
"Would you like to see your room now?" Tony asks Harry
Harry nods still holding his kitten tightly. Loki was carrying the baby owl and phoenix. Wanda had the wyvern and husky who was on a leash with her.
Harry was amazed at how his room looked. It was great.
"Thank you Daddy, Papa, Mama, Ma", Harry says
"Your welcome", Tony says
They help but everything away and make a perch for the Hedwig and Kendra. The Wyvern had curled up on Harry's new desk. The Husky Demon and wolf Balto had curled up in their beds with Jade the kneazle right beside him.
"Harry do you want pizza tonight?" Tony asks
"I have never had some. Tunie says I am not allowed", Harry says
"Just forget everything Petunia told you. You are now with us", Loki says firmly
"Ok Papa", Harry says
"JARVIS order pizza a one box each of the different kinds of pizza", Tony orders
"Yes sir", JARVIS replies
Tony, Loki, Pepper and Wanda showed Harry the tower and he loved it. Tony just had a few rules about not going into his lab unsupervised. Which Harry agreed too. Tony told Harry that he, Loki, Wanda and him had the top floor with spare rooms for all their children to come, then Bruce, Thor, Steve, Natasha, Clint and now Sirius, Amelia and Susan. And there was a common area in the middle.
"Sir the pizza has arrived and everyone is in the common area", JARVIS says
"Thanks", Tony says
Harry found out he loved pizza. He talked with his half brothers Narfi and Vali about the day he had. Harry and Susan sat and watched Jungle Book and weren't even half way through the movie and both were asleep and tucked into bed.
"I am needed back in the UK the day after tomorrow but I will try and come back regularly. I might leave Susan here I that is ok. She always had a baby sitter but our new one she doesn't like for some reason. Will that be ok Sirius? Tony? Loki?" Amelia asks
"It is fine with us", Tony says nodding with Loki
"It will be fine anyway she will be my niece too", Sirius says, "In fact lets get married tomorrow. What do you say Amy?"
"Yes", Amelia says, "But how will we get everything ready in time?"
"Leave that to me", Tony says
The next day everyone was ready Tony was true to his word and had everything ready including a wizard who was licenced to do weddings. Sirius had chosen Tony and Loki as his best men and Amelia had chosen Pepper and Wanda as her bridesmaids. Harry was ring barrier and Susan the flower girl. The other were in the very small audience which including the Minister for Magic USA, the Head of Magical Law Enforcement and the Head of the Aurors.
The music begins and everyone watches Harry and Susan walking down the aisle. Harry was having trouble holding the pillow with the rings as his arm was still in a cast. Next came Pepper and Loki then Tony and Wanda. That was when the music changed and Amelia walks down the aisle in a dress she had wanted to wear since she had been engaged to Sirius. It still fit and she wanted to wear it. She meets Sirius on the platform.
"Welcome everyone", Phil says, "Today we celebrate the love that Amelia and Sirius have found in one another. We rejoice alongside them as they declare to all present their intent to enter into marriage and stand together from this day forward. After so many years apart Amelia and Sirius have finally come here today to join together. Thank you for allowing me to join you on this day in which you commit before Gods, your family and friends that from this day forward you will live as one. Marriage is the beginning of a new life, a chance at fulfilling long-held dreams, and an opportunity for great personal and spiritual growth. Marriage endures through the ages of trends and fads. Marriage thrives, and continues to live as a promise of a beautiful dream come true. As long as individuals are drawn together, marriage will be a natural unfolding of that relationship.
Feelings come alive at a wedding. Great happiness. Great love. Some sadness. Apprehension. Excitement. Friendship. Magic. And sometimes pure relief!

Amelia quickly takes the ring from Harry and smiles at him.

"With this ring, I pledge my love, faithfulness to you, today, tomorrow, eternally and always. As this ring has no end, neither shall my undying love for you", Amelia smiles, sliding the silver ring onto his finger
"Sirius", Phil says
Sirius took the ring from Harry and smils at him
"Let this ring be a symbol of my promises to you, my vows to you, my oaths to you and a reminder of my devotion to you always. I am honoured to call you my wife and mother of my line, the mother of our children both adopted and in blood", Sirius says
Sirius than slips the ring onto Amelia's finger. That's when a bonded opened up between them.
"Now tap your wands together", Phil says

A golden low surrounds them sealing their promises.

I know pronounce you husband and wife", Phil finishes, "You may kiss the bride"
Amelia and Sirius kiss and everyone cheers.
"I know present Mr and Mrs Sirius Orion Black", Phil says
The reception was great but Harry stayed close to his parents as he was scared of crowds. But Harry congratulated his Uncle Padfoot/Pa and had started calling Amelia Auntie.
Loki smiled at his two friends happy that they were finally married. Now they would stay in the tower with Amelia travelling for work. But life was good both Tony, Wanda and Loki were thinking as they now had their Harry back safe with them. Now all they had to worry about was sending him to Ilvermorny or Hogwarts when he turned 11…
