I slowly look up from my book and turn my head to look at the clock. "Oh no I'm gonna be late!" Frantically looking for my papers, I run out the door without looking back. As I pat my pockets nervously I notice a man with black hair, white shirt and a red tie staring at me, "Why hello, are these yours?" The man shows me my keys and I quickly swipe them from his hands. "Yes, but why do you have them!?" He looks at me funny and chuckles to himself, "Oh, my dearest apologies! I'm Cheren, your new neighbor." Looking him up and down, I fix my eyes upon his, "You still didn't answer my question, why did you have my keys!" Cheren looks back into my eyes and silently says, "I found them on the road, I didn't want anyone to steal them." What? I didn't understand him, nothing he had said touched my ears, all I could do was stare into those beautiful eyes of his. "A-Are you alright?" He looks at me confused. I quickly shake my head, as if I was in a trance, "Y-Yes! Why wouldn't I be?" Cheren glances at me for a quick moment and stares at the ground, "Oh, nothing. It's nothing, um, what's your name?" Quickly, I turn my head away, embarrassed that I didn't even bother to mention my name. "H-Hugh, my name's Hugh!" Cheren's eyes light up and he looks at me, leaning close, "Well, it's very nice to meet you Hughi." I look away and blush, wait, why am I blushing!? "I should be going," I say in a low voice, "It was a pleasure to meet you, Cheren." I unlock my car and get in, as I slam the door I glance up at him looking at me adoringly. Looking down I start my car and drive away, not being able to stop thinking about Cheren.
