Go do, you'll know how to/just let yourself fall into the landslide

The small screen read incoming call, which Iceland ignored. The song continued to play for a minute then the room went silent. The white haired nation flipped the phone open and saw he missed a call from Hong Kong. He knew what was going to be said, he heard it often enough. Hong Kong would apologize and explain how busy he was with China, England, or one of his many siblings.

Iceland threw the cell into the wall when it began to ring again. Not wanting to hear the lively melody, he stormed out of his living room and up the stairs to his bedroom. He hurled himself on his bed and snatched a pillow to place over his head in an attempt to drown out the world.

The nation knew that he was being overdramatic but he was sick of being rejected by everyone. Norway was always busy with Denmark and even when he promised to visit, he wouldn't show and Iceland would get a text about an 'annoying Dane' needing something. Iceland didn't like spending time with Finland and Sweden. He could see he made Sweden uncomfortable, because Sweden gets nervous around others, which then makes Finland uneasy. And Iceland didn't have many other friends since he is quiet and shows little emotion.

A sob broke through his lips, and tears started to soak into his sheets. This usually happens when he is alone. His mind fills with thoughts of how unimportant he is to the world, how no one wants to be with him, how much he just wants to disappear.

I'm in love with a fairytale even though it hurts / 'cause I don't care if I lose my mind I'm already cursed.

Iceland could lightly hear the ringtonehe set for his brother. A small smile showed on his face. "So you went and told Nor I wasn't answering?" he said to himself as he rolled off his bed. He walked back down the stairs and retrieved his phone off the floor. He flipped it open and saw that he had one missed call and three text messages. He knew the call was from Hong Kong so he went to his missed texts first.

'Sorry I can't see you; Korea is being a pain and wants me to go visit Japan with him. – Hong Kong'

'Stop ignoring me. – Hong Kong'

'Answer the Asian. He's annoying me. – Norway '

Not bothering to answer his brother, Iceland quickly typed a sorry and okay to Hong Kong. He walked back to his room staring at nothing, feeling the tears fall again, clutching his phone.

"I guess I'm always going to be alone."
