"Sign here, miss." The man handed me a clipboard; I took it.

"Give me back my bear!" I turned my head slightly; my six year old sister, Hisa, was being harassed by my nine year old brother, Zen. Hisa began to cry.

I looked at my seventeen year old brother, Kyo. He grabbed the toy bear as Zen was running by and handed it to Hisa. She stopped crying and Zen pouted.

"Please, people, try and not be too difficult right now. It's hardly the time. Go unpack your things." Hisa, Zen, and my twelve year old sister, Kioko, ran upstairs.

"Big family." The man said as I handed him the clipboard, he gave me a package.

"You have no idea." He tipped his hat and turned; I closed the door and set the package on the couch, seeing as we didn't have out table set up yet.

Yogi, my sixteen year old brother, stepped through the door, holding a pizza box. "Dinner is served."

A voice, most likely Kioko, screamed upstairs. I sighed and walked to the start of the stairs. "Hey, stop harassing each other and unpack your bags!"

"Where are mom and dad?" Yogi peeked into the kitchen.

"There're out on a 'business' dinner with some old friends that dad works with now." Kyo opened the pizza box.

"There're always 'out'. I'm getting really tired of all their bullshit. They could at least remember their own daughters sixth birthday."

Hello, my name is Tanaya Kurasaki. I'm fourteen years old, stand five feet, two inches, and weight about 105 pounds. I have black hair that reaches my shoulders. I have three younger siblings and three older siblings; I'm dead-smack in the middle. Four of my six siblings are boys, and two of them girls. Only one of them doesn't live with us anymore, his name's Haru and he's twenty.

My parents, Yumi and Yuki are big business people; they are always at a meeting or a business dinner. They have barely raised their past three kids. My three older brothers and I have done most of that. Just a few months ago, my father got a huge promotion, forcing us to move across the country. We arrived here just a few days ago. Mom and Dad are, of course, out constantly, leaving me, Yogi, and Kyo to unpack, cook, clean and baby-sit; lucky us. I've hardly had a life in weeks!

Once we were all downstairs, about two seconds after 'pizza' was yelled, we dug in.

"Hey, Tani, Kioko, have you guys seen your uniforms yet?" The two of us looked up. Yogi was holding up and long sleeved shirt and a mini skirt.

Kioko's eyes were brightened, my mouth was wide and my eyes were full of shock.

"I love it!" Kioko grabbed it from Yogi's hands. He looked at her weird.

"I think I'd like to stick with the knee high skirt. Thank you." I took a bite of my pizza.

"It says they're not returnable." He showed me the label.

"I hate this place already." I lied on the couch , spreading my legs out over Kyo's lap. He rolled his eyes and pushed my legs off.
