Charlie stares at Amita. "Did I hear that right?"

She nods slowly and sits down. "God..."

"I-I have to call Don."

Amita can't do anything but continue to nod. Colby Granger. The name continues to ring in the air. Amita stares at the phone as Charlie dials. He leaves it on speaker.

"Eppes."

"Don, it's-it's Charlie. And Amita."

"Hey, you guys find anything?"

"Yeah, yeah. We, uh, we found Janus. The-the Janus List."

"You found the Janus List?"

"Don..."

"What? What is it, Charlie?"

Charlie looks to Amita, his eyes more helpless than she's seen before. "Don, the names..."

"What? You get the names?"

"Yeah."

"So who is it? Who else is compromised?"

Charlie doesn't answer right away. He just shakes his head and turns from the machine. Amita takes a deep breath.

"Don, is anyone with you right now?"

"David. Why? Amita, what the hell is going on?"

"It's Colby."

"What?"

Amita's eyes flick back and forth between the phone and Charlie's back. "That reporter, her voicemail was hacked into. He recorded the Janus List on it...Colby's name is on it."

"On the list?"

Don's tone isn't changing. She wonders if it's sinking in.

"Yeah."

"Are you sure? You-you didn't hear it wrong or something?"

"Don, I'm sorry," she says. "He said FBI Special Agent Colby Granger."

The line went dead.

Don hangs up and stares at his phone.

"What?" David asks, his eyes flicking from the road.

"Pull over."

David frowns, but does as he's told. "You were talking about the Janus List. Charlie find something out?"

"There's, um, there's one of ours on the list."

"What? Who?"

Don hesitates. "Colby."

"Colby? Colby Granger?"

Don nods.

"He's with our witness."

"So is Megan."

David shakes his head in disbelief and pulls back onto the road, speeding on towards the safe house.

Megan listens for backup, praying that somehow they know to come out there. She hears footsteps and stays low behind the furniture. Shadows move across the hall. Megan takes careful aim. She's almost ready to pull the trigger when she feels a hand on her arm.

"It's us," Liz whispers.

Megan sighs, relieved.

She hears a helicopter and lights appear on the staircase.

"Freeze!"

Don's commanding tone has never sounded so comforting. Megan realizes she's lost track of Colby. He had headed for the witness to move her. Megan starts to move towards the bathroom, then stops. The other agents have headed to the staircase. She's not sure why there would be any commotion there.

"The witness-"

Liz shakes her head and points to the staircase.

Why would Colby take the witness outside? She moves towards the stairs. David's standing with a few other agents. David's gun is drawn. As he holsters it and reaches for his handcuffs, she sees Don is still aiming at the suspect. David slaps the handcuffs onto the suspect. Megan tries to see around David.

"Guys, where's Colby? He was guarding the--"

David turns aside leading the suspect forward. Megan's heart drops as her eyes meet Colby's. She sees the cold pain and anger in David's eyes and shakes her head, looking to Don for some explanation.

Don shakes his head. "Charlie and Amita found the Janus List."

Megan stares at Colby. "You? You..."

Colby doesn't answer her. Megan steps up and slaps him once, hard. His cheek reddens slightly. As he passes her, Megan sees something flash in his eyes that almost looks like regret.
