Bill rolled over in his bed for about the fifth time that night. It was him and his brother's birthday that day and he never received a present from his twin. Tom didn't even look at him once during the day and only so much as grunted a goodnight. "He's so selfish."

The younger Kaulitz began to get restless and quietly slipped down the stairs into the kitchen to get a drink. He tripped on the cat and cursed silently to himself.

The moon shone through the back door making the kitchen look eyrie and unwelcoming. It was way past 12:00AM and Bill yawned. He wandered into the lounge and lay down on the couch. Soon, the small eleven-year-old boy slipped into a deep sleep, so deep he didn't even hear Tom creep down the stairs.

"I'm running from it. If I don't run fast enough it'll catch me." It pushed him onto the floor with a thud but he felt no pain. It pushed against his chest in time with his breathing… Bill awoke from his dream but the heavy feeling on his chest was still there. He glanced down and saw Tom snuggled up against him. It may have looked cute but the weight was starting to get unbearable. He shifted and tried not to wake the sleeping boy but failed. Tom sat up and rubbed his eyes. "What time is it?" he asked.

"Time for you to get your priorities straight." Bill answered back getting annoyed all over again. Tom shrugged and headed for the stairs. "Where are you going? He exclaimed. "Upstairs" grunted the elder. He finally appeared downstairs after a gruelling twenty minutes and slipped a card in Bill's place at the table. The moody boy looked up at Tom and opened the envelope. Inside it read:

"To the best brother ever, sorry I forgot. Happy eleventh birthday Billa. Love Tom x"

His whole face lit up and he gave his brother a bear hug.

"You haven't called me Billa in ages Tomi!

"Yeah…"

Bill pecked Tom on the cheek, and he blushed.

"I love you too Tom"

Truth has it, Tom never forgot their birthday, he was just too nervous to give Bill the card.
