Hibisha: Hey, this fic is dedicated to iwillkillforxavierfoster . She told me to write a story about her and Hiroto so here goes.
Shirou: Hiroto? What am I? A bag of peanuts?
Burn: You could say that.
Shirou: Grrr...Look who's talking!
Hiroto: I have a fan who would kill for me?
Hibisha: Believe me, it surprised me as well. You're cute but you're not to-kill-for material.
Gazelle: By the way Atsuya, don't you have a certain task to perform?"
(Atsuya scowled in annoyance.)
Atsuya: Do I have to?
(Burn's face went grim.)
Burn: Good luck buddy.
Atsuya: I think I'm gonna need it.
"An Old Friend"
"Hey Shirou! Take it!" Hiroto Kiyama yelled, somersaulting in the air to pass the soccer ball to one of his best friends. Shirou Fubuki ran toward the ball.
"Got it!" he said, "Beautiful pass, Hiroto!" Hiroto smiled.
"Thanks." he yelled back, " Now repay me back by putting that thing in the goal."
"Got it!" Shirou said. Then he did his famous move, the 'Legendary Roar."
"Yeah!" Hiroto yelled when it went in. He and Shirou slapped each others hands for a hi-five.
"Now lets practice defense." Shirou suggested.
"Sure." Hiroto shrugged. He took his place and began to move the ball towards the goal, where Shirou was waiting to steal the ball away. Shirou was just about to snatch the ball away when suddenly a dark figure sailed in front of him and smoothly removed the ball from Hiroto's foot and jumped over Shirou. The figure was dressed in a pair of baggy jeans and a jacket. The person was also wearing a cap. He zoomed across the remaining inches from the goal and before Endou Mamoru could even raise his hand to stop it, the ball was in the net. Endou stared at the figure in amazement. Then he broke into a smile.
"That was one heck of a shot. You're a great player. And the way you stole the ball and zoomed across the field...just amazing. You were so fast." Hiroto shook his head. That was their captain. Shirou was staring hard at the guy.
"Hey dude, you've got a powerful kick." Goenji told the stranger. The guy looked around to see who he was talking to and then pointed at himself to ask if he was talking to him.
"Of course I'm talking to you." Goenji said, frowning. Then the guy began laughing. His laugh was soft like that of a girl's. Suddenly Shirou snapped his fingers.
"Hey, I know you! You're Heather Bell!" he cried. Everybody looked at him.
"I guess my new look fooled everyone but you, Shirou. You're the only person who knew I was a girl since I suddenly had this urge to dress this way, which was two years ago." Heather said, taking off her cap to reveal her long blonde hair which was tied in a bun and her bright blue eyes. The girl looked at the rest of them and laughed.
"So this the famous Inazuma Japan team. I was expecting you guys to be more stronger. I mean you guys did defeat Burn and Gazelle and I did learn soccer from them." Kazemaru frowned.
"Sorry, we couldn't live up to your expectations." then as if realizing what she had just said, "Wait, you know Burn and Gazelle." Heather shrugged.
"They live across the street from me." she said,as if it didn't matter which it probably didn't to her, "Anywho, Ichinose also said you were great...I guess boys are always wrong. Whether its during a test or when they're telling a friend whom they should go challenge...hmm...I should definitely go and beat the shit out of all three of them."
"You...you...you know Ichinose?" Aki asked. Heather shrugged.
"I know a lot of soccer players, Fidio, Mark, Edgar but they all told me to challenge you so I just had to come here. Probably a waste of my time. Did you know I missed an important episode of 'Criminal Minds' because of you? Yeah, and all for nothing too. My team's The F.F, by the way." Shirou shook his head.
"Is that the name of your team or a cross reference to your grades?" he asked innocently. Heather scowled.
"Laugh all you want buster but we are gonna annihilate you!" she snapped. He smiled.
"You sue are cocky." he chided his friend, "You just surprised us, that's all." She grinned.
"Then you guys wouldn't say no to a small exhibition match against F.F, would you?" Everyone looked at Endou.
"Sure." he said, " Tomorrow. At 3:00 pm." The girl snorted.
"Sure, make me miss another episode. But sure, you're on. But don't you guys need more time to practice? I mean, I'm the weakest link in our team..." and with a laugh, she disappeared.
"Where'd she go?" Haruna stammered. Shirou smiled.
"I didn't exactly expect her to have gotten this strong since I last met her." he said. Everyone looked at him.
"Where did you meet her?" Rika asked, "I need details..." Shirou's eyes widened.
"Oh no! I know that look, and it's nothing like what you think. She's just a really old friend." Rika eyes narrowed in suspicion.
"That's what they all say. How old?" she demanded. Shirou rolled his eyes.
"The last time I saw her was when I was 7." he said smugly, folding his arms. Rika snorted.
"This makes it worse. She's got it bad. She still remembers you. And you've got it bad too considering you recognized her although like she said, she changed her look after she left." Shirou sighed.
"I never forgot cuz we still chat on the net." he snapped.
"Ah hah!" Rika cried, "I know many people who've dated on the net."
"Rika, I'm not a one girl person." Shirou said earnestly. Rika gasped.
"So you're cheating on her?" Rika cried, horrified, "I shouldn't be surprised. That always happens in the movies." Shirou's vein was popping.
"Yeah well, this isn't the movies." he snapped, "Heather is just a friend and she is NOTHING more." Rika smirked.
"What's her favorite colour?" she asked.
"Blue but I don't know what this has to do with this conversation." he said puzzled.
"What does she like to eat?"
"My cookies, but- "
"What's her favorite flavour of ice-cream?"
"Blueberry, but-"
"What's her biggest flaw?"
" I can't tell you that! I can't. Its a secret! Anyways, why do you care?" he shot at her.
"I don't, but you obviously do. I mean, you know her by heart!" Rika said, "Its obvious you have her in there."
"There where?" Shirou asked.
"In your heart!" Rika said. Shirou sighed. He opened his mouth but Hiroto came in front of him.
"Now listen carefully, I'm only gonna say this once. Here's some advice; Shut up. You're only making it worse." Shirou nodded in agreement.
"You're right Hiroto. It doesn't matter what this bitch thinks. Come on. We should continue practice if we wanna win tomorrow."
"Yeah!" Endou shouted., " That's what I'm talking about. Lets go! We're gonna win."
"I'm going to ask who this team is and what their style of playing is." Haruna said, "We need data on this team." She sped off. Aki smiled at the team.
"You guys are gonna win." she said confidently, "I can feel it." Hiroto, on the other hand was not as positive.
"She said she was the weakest...how strong is this team exactly?" he questioned.
"A very strong team." a voice behind him answered. He turned around to see Haruna looking at the screen of her laptop with a horrified expression. The guys looked at each other and crowded around her. What they saw was not exactly scary. A team of 11 people stood there. but then Hiroto noticed them. There standing between a red-headed girl and raven-haired guy, were Burn, Gazelle and Ulvida.
"Noway." he whispered. Haruna shook her head.
"That's not the worst of it. It says here that this team has lost absolutely zero games. No one has been able to defeat them. F.F is only an abbreviation. It means, Forbidden Force. According to this, they are a force that should have never united and set on the world. They have everything a team needs. A great coach, a great captain, and a great play-maker. Their strategies change like the winds. One minute its defence and then the next thing you know they're moving on offence. Their defense is real tight and their offence is just incredible."
"Who's the team captain?" Kidou asked.
"Heather." Haruna replied.
"Their play-maker?" Fudou asked, raising his eyebrow.
"Don't know...it's the raven-haired kid named Alex Foster."
"And the forwards?" Goenji asked.
"Who do you think it is? The three forwards are: Burn, Gazelle and Alex."
""Do you have any info on this Alex dude?" Tsunami asked.
"Not much except that you'll rue the day when you cross paths with him."
"Anything about his plays?" Hiroto asked, his normally pale face even paler.
"No, the only thing we know is his quote which is; When you see my face, I hope it gives you hell." she said frowning.
"What about the rest of the players?" Midorakiwa asked.
"Well, as we very well found out, Heather's the weakest link. Her cousin, Madison Harp is the star defender, Ulvida is the star mid fielder and their opponents' misleader, and the star forward is-"
"Burn?" Hiroto guessed.
"Nah. Its Gazelle of course." Midorakiwa countered.
"Actually, its Alex." Haruna said.
"ALEX!" everyone yelled.
"Yes, Alex." she said, "He seems to be the best player they have. Him and our old friends of course." she said.
"So we better start practicing instead of just standing around gossiping like a couple of whiny little girls." Fudou snapped.
Hibisha: That's it folks.
Shirou: Argh! Does Rika always have to do that?
Burn: Its her genetic coding.
Shirou: Yeah well, she should keep her genetic coding to herself. Anyways, please review people.
(Atsuya came staggering into the room, a horrified expression on his face and his eyes held a slightly deranged looked scruffy and roughed up.)
Atsuya: She's awake! Run for your lives!
