A/N: Letting my muse clear her throat, getting ready for the rush coming April 16th. C'mon, I'd wager you're all doing it... counting the days... there's no way I'm the only one waiting for the Astraeus crew to come home. :) Anyway, it's just a drabble, but it's something!

Waiting
The waiting was killing her. Waiting for information, resolution, to be in his arms, to tell him what she'd decided.
She hadn't voiced her decision, but when hell broke loose she was left standing with Carter and Henry: three of a kind waiting for the ones they loved. In the end, her decision made itself.
Jo wasn't one to idle when action was needed, something Zane loved in her, only he wasn't there to urge her on. What she did have was a ticking clock counting the seconds until she'd see him again.
So one final time, she waited.
