Everything changed at Starling Daycare the day Oliver Queen returned.
Nobody expected him back anymore after he got trapped in The Loo five weeks ago and ended up with his head in a toilet bowl all because he had wanted to impress Baby Shado with his potty skills and brawny Baby Slade didn't take well to it.
Time just seemed to freeze when Ms. Waller brought the green-clad baby to the playing pen, with that cautious look in his eyes and the unfamiliar scowl on his face.
They could all tell Ollie was a changed baby right then and there.
