"Brother?" Alphonse asked, breaking the silence that had hung over the room.
"Hmm Al?" Edward asked, lazily turning the pages in the rocketry book he was reading.
"Do you still love me?" Alphonse asked, ducking his head.
"What? Where did that come from?" Edward exclaimed, shocked.
"Well, last night, you muttered his name in your sleep last night," Alphonse muttered.
"Ah. Al, of course I still love you," Edward said, lifting Al's face to his. "You and Alfons are almost, the same, but there differences, and those differences are what makes me love you more."
Alphonse nodded. "You promise?"
Edward softly pressed his lips to Al's. "I promise."
