"Hey Edward?"

"Yes my love?" He asked.

"I love you," I told him.

"Why, I love you to love."

"How much do you love me?" I asked him.

"More than anything. I would give my life so you could be happy for just one minute. But why would you ask love?"

"Because…" I started.

"Because why?" He tried to get me to finish, while using his dazzle on me.

"Just because. I like being reassured sometimes."

"Why would you ever need my reassurance?" He asked with hurt in his voice.

"I don't know, I'm always afraid that one day you will realize I'm not good enough for you, and you will leave me again."

"That's what this is about? Me leaving you?" He said, with laughter in his voice.

"Yes," I said, annoyed that he was laughing at me.

"Love, do you need for me to prove how much I love you?"

"No Edward, you don't need to prove anything. I just get worried is all."

"Bella listen to me. I love you more than I ever thought possible. You're the reason I smile, you're the light in my life. You're my own personal angel," He got down on one knee, "Isabella Swan, I promise you my life forever, I promise to never leave you, and never let harm come to you, Bella, will you marry me?"

"Yes," I said, my voice hardly a whisper.

"Yes?" He clarified.

"Yes, yes, oh yes!" I proclaimed, while pulling him up and jumping into his arms, hugging him.

"Bella, you have just made me the happiest man alive."

Just then, me phone rang, so I picked it up to answer it.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Your letting me plan it!" Came Alice's voice through the phone.

"Yes of course you can plan it. Now I have to go Alice, we need to be leaving soon to go tell Charlie."

"Okay Bella, he won't be taking it to hard, see you later."

"Bye Alice."

With that I hung up the phone.

"So I take it we have our own wedding planner?" Edward asked.

"Of course, that was a given. Alice lives for this kind of stuff."

I looked down at my finger and realized that he didn't have a ring with him. He must have noticed me staring there.

"Don't worry Bella, I will give you the ring at my house."

"You bought me a ring already?"

"Technically no, it was my mother's, I've been saving it until someone like you came and brightened up my whole life."

With something as sweet as that said, I couldn't help but to give him a kiss. I stood up on my tip toes, and he bent down slightly, slowly until our lips met.

"So how did you like our first kiss of being officially engaged?" He asked.

"It was as perfect as you," I swooned.

"Well didn't you say something to Alice about having to go tell Charlie?"

"Yes, I did, but that can wait. I want to spend a little more time with you in the glorious sunlight. You know how I love to see you sparkle."

"Yes love, I know. But we need to be leaving, Charlie is going to be wondering soon where we are at," He explained.

"Alright, I guess we better be going."

And with that, I climbed on his back and he raced off for us to go back to my house to share our exciting news.
