"Do you really know how you feel, or your just plain stupid that you don't understand your feelings?"
Hitomi and Merle are having a big fight about Van…again.
"I…I don't know…even me…I don't know what the heck is going on around me…"
Hitomi tangled her hands tighter.
"You know, you're not only weird by all your psychic power and stuff….but you're also weird in love!"
"Look who's talking? As if it's easy to live in a strange world and a lot of people who wants to claim my power and suddenly I find myself in love with a guy with wings! In addition to that, I'm having an argument with a cat that acts like a complete human being!"
"So you admit it, you do love Lord Van."
"…I, I don't know"
"WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU! Can't you just use your card or something to tell whom you love?"
Merle raises her arms up and down.
"You idiot, I won't do such crazy things! I've already learned my lessons!"
Vah was approaching the room to call Hitomi; he heard the voices of the girls arguing.
"Why can't you just tell who in the two you really love…is that so hard to tell? You already told yourself that you're in love with him didn't you?"
Van stopped walking and lean his back at the wall.
Merle?…
"What in the world is wrong with you and you can't see how you really feel for Lord Van? And what the heck did you see in Allen to make you fall in love with him?"
"I don't know"
Hitomi...
"I guess what I saw in Allen was the image of my friend…back in my world" Did I just say friend…I have a total big crush in Amano and I said friend?
"They're totally the same, gentleman, kind, a knight in shinning armor."
"So you're saying that Lord Van isn't a knight in shinning armor? He's a king you idiot! He acts with a totally refined gesture!"
"I know that you stripped cat! Van is… Van is more like…an angel in disguise."
Vahn started to blush; he looked at the wooden wall with his eyes wide open.
"Angel in disguise?"
"Yeah, you know, he acts as if he doesn't care but you know deep inside he really cares, a lot. And the next thing you know is that he's already fighting to protect you"
Hitomi started blushing too…
Hitomi….
"Maybe I admit it…maybe I do love him. But I don't know how to tell…"
"I can handle that one…."
Merle is about to run when Hitomi pulled her tail. Merle screamed and all her fur went straight.
"What the heck are you planning to do tell Van that I love him?"
"No I'm not that stupid, stupid!"
Millerna entered the room and interrupted their talk
"Hitomi? There you are, I've been looking all over the place for you. Allen is looking for you."
"Ok"
She turned back at Merle,
"Don't tell him"
"I promise!" Merle grinned at her.
The two went outside the next door.
"You can come in now ;ord Van"
Van was shocked and turned pale of what he heard
"How did you know?"
Merle ran towards him and hugged him
"I never forget you smell…."
Van looked outside where Hitomi was walking away.
"You heard everything?"
"Pretty much…."
"Then I guess my job here is done"
