Chapter 1

In the quiet town of Roswell, New Mexico on the planet Earth, a young woman awakes from a restless sleep, trying to fall back to sleep the young woman finds that memories are still plaguing her, making it impossible for the young woman to return to sleep. The young woman finally gives up on trying to attempt to sleep; instead, she sits up in her bed looking around the quiet room. The young woman in question is none other than Liz Parker.

Liz could not believe that they were gone. Getting out of bed, she quietly and slowly walked over to the dresser, being quiet so as not to awaken her parents, looking into the mirror that sits above her dresser she started at her reflection focusing on the necklace he had left her. The necklace was a reminder that he had been here, and that he was not just a dream. Her diary sat on her bed she could not even bare to look at it, the memories written in it seemed to haunt her now, the thoughts and feelings of love written in there, the heartbreak and the absolute knowledge of what had happened to all involved.

Looking in the mirror at her pale complexion, and eyes that were shadowed and black from lack of sleep, Liz could only think to herself about why this could have happened, crying in her mind 'Why Max, why did you have to leave with the murderer?'. She hoped for an answer that only he could give, but Max was nowhere near to hear her thoughts. Max was in a different galaxy, fighting to reclaim his throne from the man who had previously killed him and the three others who were sent to Earth to be saved so that they could come back and become the saviours of the planet.

Realising that it had been more than two days since he and the rest of the pod squad had left, Liz realised she had to move on and get on with her life. Max did not love her; he had proved it with the leaving of Earth for Antar with the blonde-haired bitch Tess who was his wife in a former life and the murderer of one of her best friends, Alex Whitman.

While this is happening on Earth, on a planet in a faraway galaxy, a king from a planet called Athos is helping the former king Zan to get his throne on Antar back and hearing of the beautiful human woman left behind.
