And then I smile, under my ebony hat,
Looking like a Cheshire cat,
My smile suddenly widens,
Just because I know you're frightened.
I hear screams,
I sense fear,
Shattered dreams,
I stand near.
And the spotlight shines,
The stage is mine.
The crowd goes wild,
While I just smile.
A whip in hands,
I'm preparing my plans.
My hat comes off,
My blond hair and a black tuft.
Coal bangs covering my honey eyes,
And red lips to their demise.
I'm wearing my Stiletto heels,
Electricity coursing through my veins,
Like an eel.
Here I am, I hold the reigns.
This circus is mine,
Just look at the neon sign.

The Circus of Dreams.
Me presento con empeño,
Here I stand, sowing their seams.
But they're ungrateful,
They feel regretful.
Since I'd bought them from Nightmare,
And they'd begged me for their lives to spare.
But I had warned them,
That I was a beautiful rose, with a thorny stem.
They work in my circus now.
There's a Flamer,
A WolfWrath tamer,
And a clown.
There's a magician,
His assistant,
There's a daredevil,
Who's resistant.
There's two living black holes,
And a hag with various moles.
I employ a strongman,
Also an acrobat,
And a semi-blind boy that,
Works as a knife thrower,
Though he's better off as a head blower.
If I were you I'd run away,
But then again, I'm only me,
And I always get my way.
You see?

Wait! I thought I almost forgot,
One more character,
Let me show you her.
An olive hood,
Over her head stood.
Short, blond hair,
She rides a mare.
With a bow and some arrows,
She defends herself.
And her eyes always narrow,
Whenever she tells the story,
About meeting Nightmare himself,
And how she triumphed with glory.
Athelas, Mystifying Athelas.
Named after the her favorite flower,
Mysterious, dangerous,
She bares great power.
So here I present my circus,
Don't be scared, it's just us.
Savage Rose is my name,
So never bring upon it shame,
Athelas and I share the blame,
We manage the circus…
