Scissorhands
There once a boy, or so I'm told that couldn't hold
He wasn't like you or me
He couldn't even eat a pea
Wherever he went damage was caused
He didn't mean to it was just his flaws
It became very clear to him
That wherever he went he could never win
With a final snip he cut his cord
And returned to his secret lodge
Only to be told that he was loved not loathed
Truth be told he didn't belong
He didn't mind being on his own
For that's how it's to be
For a boy who's not like you or me
