Yami no Bakura was thinking that perhaps He had made Himself a tad unclear.

He was currently staring down Osiris—the gigantic sky dragon hovered above, lightning crackling in the heavens, and thunder roaring as the god made its presence known, inspiring awes of wonder from the onlookers of the duel.

He was the only one that knew that the sight of the god was not a particularly good thing, especially when it came down to His deal with Malik and His obtaining the Millennium Rod.

He watches His host below; he's clutching his arm, shaking, as he looks to Yuugi, begging him not to attack—the Pharaoh's expression a mix of concern and anxiousness.

He laughs. He knows that the Pharaoh will not attack, but something doesn't sit right with the whole situation, and He knows why.

Osiris. Osiris knows they're there—Malik and Him. Osiris senses their presence, and tells the Pharaoh that he must attack His host.

His eyes widen. He can not allow that. Without His host, He would be no more, and His quest to obtain the items would be over.

His gaze shifts to Malik. He is sure that he had something to do with this, that perhaps this was a trap. To be rid of His host, so He would be no more. However, the Master of the Ghouls doesn't seem to have noticed his associate's annoyance with the situation.

He knows that if He steps in, and takes the brunt of the attack, then it won't be over. The Pharaoh won't win. His host won't be destroyed.

Within seconds, the switch has been made, and the Pharaoh commands Osiris to attack him, and He knows that His opponent is convinced—convinced that the one attack will bring him down.

He smirks. "You haven't won," He whispers into the darkness, barely audible, yet he knows that the other has heard, and he relishes in seeing the other's expression of confusion as Osiris' blast takes Him.

And He didn't regret a thing.

Because the battle had been ended on His terms—not Yuugi's or Osiris' or anyone else's…

It had ended on His.
