It wasn't really that untoward or peculiar for to take on a dramatic flair, or to spout stories or inaccurate enthuses or incredulities.

So why then did he not react to the mysterious element that had all the dragon rider's void of control or knowledge of their own antics.

Why was Tuff, somehow the narrator of every drastic, flinching and threatening event?

What could be the mysterious reason behind it all? Could it be, indeed a betrayal none of them would see coming?

Could the reason be Tuffnut himself?

…and if this be the case, why then my young readers, am I confessing it to you?

Perhaps, I not be as impervious to this mysterious curse to befall Dragons Edge and that there be more to the story than you yet know?...
