Sunshine
The breeze danced playfully with the long strands of blonde hair. They shimmered and glowed like the sun itself.
A young golden eyed boy approached the blond haired man cautiously. He sat down on the step beside him and remained, in uncharacteristic silence, as if foreboding the events that awaited the older man. The boy's voice rang out softly, not wishing to break the spell around them.
"Ne.... Do you know any songs?"
Silence grew between them, the boy stayed quiet knowing there would be no answer.
`You are my sunshine, my only sunshine....'
A smile shone on the boy's lips, as the violet eyed man's voice drifted in to the air. The first voice was soon joined by a younger one.
`You make me happy, when skys are grey `
`You'll never know dear how much I love you'
`Please don't take my sunshine away'
Time passes, doom falls and fate takes her turn.
You are my sunshine... my only sunshine...
Konzen stood in front of the larger part of the Tenkai population, his hands bound behind his back.

Goku struggled against the guards that were holding him back.
/Konzen!, they were going to kill Konzen!!/
When skys are grey...
Nataku raised his sword and placed the point against Konzen's chest, by his heart. Konzen could see Goku trying to get past the soldiers, tears streaming down his cheeks.
/Why so sad?.... did the saru really love me?../
"Oh...baka.."

Goku was shouting and screaming for them to stop. Konzen's eyes softened and slowly he smiled at Goku.
How much I love you...
/Smile..?... he's smiling?... smiling for me?../
The sword plunged in, blood immediately soaking Konzen's clothes and pooling on the floor.
"NO!!! KONZEN!!!"
Please .. don't.. take.....
Goku screamed as Konzen's body fell to the ground, the melancholic smile still gracing his features.
"No!No! Konzen, no!"

"KONZEN!!" the diadem fell to the floor.
