Hey guys! It's another one-shot! I hope it'll be good like "Mirror". Speaking of Mirror, Thank you so much to Nessie2000 for adding my story to her archive. And the Catching Fire trailer was AWESOME. Omigod, it's Sam frikin' Claflin! I also do not own the Hunger Games.
A woman walks silenty down the road with a five year old girl.
"Mommy, where are we going?" the little girl asks.
"You''ll see." was all the woman said.
She stops and picks the little girl up. She keeps walking.
At the end of the road, the woman stops at the edge of the grass and puts the little girl down. She silenty grabs her mother's hand as they make their way past different sized headstones.
They make their way to a smaller headstone where it clearly reads:
Here Lies Primrose Everdeen
4015-4028
Rest in Peace
"Who's this, Mommy?" the little girl asks.
"This is your Auntie Prim. She died a hero," the woman says.
"Is she in heaven with Grandpa?" the little girl questions.
"Yes, she is. Now let's go home. Daddy's making dinner, Primmy." the woman says.
"OK, Mommy." the little girl says. Before she leaves, she places a primrose in front of the grave. Then she and the woman depart.
As they were leaving, the woman could've sworn she heard "Thank you" coming from the whistling wind.
