TWILIGHT: FEED ON THE NIGHT
Bella could smell the deer coming from over a mile away. Its scent burst into her undead nostrils on the cool, night wind. She hadn't fed for a full day and was filled with bloodlust.
Her feet exploded off the ground and her body soared into the sky. From the treetops, she could see the deer gently feeding on a salt lick. It was hers for the taking.
However, she suddenly sensed a presence. Her eyes darted around the area at a frantic pace. Who or what was it? Whoever it was, it was disturbing her feeding and her glowing red eyes told the entire story.
She silently leapt from tree to tree, smelling the air as branches and leaves whipped her perfect, pale face. Animals and birds quickly attempted to escape her path. A path that would certainly lead to their death.
"There it is! The source.", she thought.
She stopped as quickly as she began and perched herself on a branch. Below her stood Edward… her love, her life. But what was he doing here? He was supposed to be out shopping for turtlenecks with Renesmee. It just wasn't possible, even with their vampire speed, that they could've been back home by now.
"I know. My birthday, or "vampire day", is next week. He must be doing something special for me. I better get out of here before the surprise is ruined. But… the look on his face… It's like he's hunting too. They were supposed to get smoothies at the mall.", she thought.
Just as she was about to leave, Edward sprinted deeper into the forest, leaving a cloud of dirt and leaves in his path.
"I have to follow him. Something's not right."
Before she took off after him, Alice suddenly appeared. She rested a hand on her shoulder.
"Bella, don't."
Alice's touch instantly allowed Bella to see the future. Her present vision vanished and all she could see was what Alice saw- what would come moments later….
Edward was slunk low to the ground, stalking a family of deer as they stood in the soft moonlight of a small clearing. Two bucks, a fawn and an elder buck. They were completely unaware of his presence. He moved closer… eyes red and thirst unquenchable.
And then Bella saw it. Only a vampire could see what happened next because it happened so quickly and smoothly. She was a vampire, so she could see it.
Edward pranced forward, pants down, and began humping the deer left and right. He used his special vampire humping powers to do this. With his hands placed behind his head, he thrusted his hips forward and…
WHAM! WHAM! WHAM!
He humped them so hard, their bodies shot across the clearing and exploded against trees, blood and innards spraying against the vegetation. When he finished humping them, he immediately sprang onto their carcasses and swiftly drank the sweet, sweet blood that he craved.
He was whole.
Alice removed her hand from Bella's shoulder. The shocked look on Bella's face spoke volumes.
With a motherly look, Alice turned Bella toward her and tried to console.
"Bella, Edward chipped his teeth and has to use his humping powers to kill. He didn't want to tell you because he's afraid of what you might think of him. I'm sorry you had to find out this way.", she said. "Are you okay?".
Bella's face suddenly turned into a devilish smile. "You know, I kinda like it."
She then flew off into the night to join Edward in a night of vampire-humping dinner.
