As the Doctor faded out, Rose continued to cry; her tears like fire on her soft, white cheeks. Then suddenly the image before her blinked back into existence.
"Don't you just LOVE it when I'm wrong!" The Doctor exclaimed, "Turns out this supernova is going to make an even larger boom than I thought!" He hurriedly told Rose. He outstretched his arms with his hands towards her.
"Grab on!" he shouted.
"What?" Rose questioned, "I thought we couldn't touch 'cause you're just a hologram or somefing."
"Never mind that! Grab on!"
Rose did as she was bid and found she could touch the Doctor; she let out a breath she hadn't realised she had been holding.
"We can touch!" she screamed in joy.
"We can do more than that!" the Doctor proclaimed proudly. He tugged on Rose's hands, pulling her hard; so hard she thought her arms might dislodge from their sockets.
"Push!" He yelled to her. Again she did as she was instructed, but this time without question. After a few moments, she suddenly felt herself slip through some kind of thick dark veil and found herself inside the TARDIS.
"How is this possible?" she asked as she gazed at the walls.
The Doctor smiled broadly, "That supernova, I thought it was only powerful enough for a message, but then it gained more power somehow, perhaps it ate another star or maybe a solar flare! Either way, I got more power. Enough to pull you through the Void!"
"Literally!" Rose giggled as she rubbed her now throbbing arms, but she didn't care; she was here with the Doctor.
He smiled then, a different kind of smile, that same smile he had showed her before he had faded out. That smile broke Rose's heart, she had to change it.
"Your right Doctor!" she said to him, breaking apart the silence.
"Right about what?" The Doctor asked her, screwing up his face in confusion.
Rose smiled sweetly, "I just LOVE it when you're wrong." She looked deeply into his eyes, reaching out to grab him in a tender embrace which transformed in a beautiful, passionate kiss.
Stopping only for a moment, Rose looked up into the Doctor eyes and whispered, "And I LOVE you, Doctor."
The Doctor smiled kindly then and replied, "Oh Rose Tyler, I love you too."
