Every since I was younger I wanted to be like my older twin brother, Jay. He was always like a hero to me, but I never realize what a big hero he was until we were eight. We were playing with a giant bouncy ball just plainly bouncing it back and forth; when Jay accidentally bounced the ball too high over my head, and the ball rolled into the road. So I checked for any cars, and once there were no cars coming I ran out into the road to get the ball. As I started to walk back to Jay a car come out of nowhere, and before I could get out of the way the car hit me, and I went flying backwards. Then the car rolled right over me, and the driver never stopped they just kept going.
I laid in the road all my limbs were broken and so was my neck; Jay ran over to me screaming like a banshee, but can't see him there was too much glass in my eyes. Soon our parents came out to see what all the screaming was about, and once our mother saw me she fell to her knees crying holding Jay close. While our father very carefully picked me up and carried me to the car so we could go to the hospital.
At the hospital I was rushed to the ER, and I was in surgery for five hours, and after the doctors were done I no longer had any limbs and I was completely blind. I had to stay in the hospital for about three months waiting for the doctors to get robotic limbs and spine for me. Once the limbs and spine arrived I went back into surgery, and after they were done for the second time I had to go through therapy to learn how to walk and talk again; which took a few years, because my brain got damaged after I was ran over, so it takes me longer to learn things. Also I get headaches and migraines too often, and there are times I am in so much pain I can't move.
I finally got to go home and be with my brother, but when I actually got home my mother told me he was gone to become a ninja. After hearing that news I was heartbroken, and I started to act out; example I stopped eating completely, and stopped doing moving in general. So after doing everything they could my parents sent me back to the hospital where I was treated for axininca.
