Ta-Ta, little shippers~

Tonight's a big night. This night will be my Top Hit performance, even though it's in a café. My manager was able to book me for the café after my meeting with the countries, considering that my performances were at night.

But, my performance doesn't start until 9 p.m., so right now I am stuck in the meeting room with all of the loud countries. Most of them were really sweet, even though they aren't much. The rest of the entire group sort of got on my nerves from all of their arguing and shouting. Though, it's not too bad once you get to know all of them one-by- one.

The meeting ended at 5 o' clock, so that left me some time to eat something quick, and then head to the café's backstage to get changed and perform for tonight. I quickly packed up my things, said my goodbyes to everyone and speed walked out of the room, through the corridors, and out the doors.

The café wasn't that far and it is a great day for a walk, so I slowed my pace to take in the scenery while heading on my way to the quaint, yet pretty busy, café. The sky was clear and, since it was spring, the smell of flowers was drifting through the air. I sighed in content; it was quiet times like these that I take the time to enjoy. The little café came into my view and I fastened my pace to reach the little shop.

Once I entered and the waitresses welcomed me, it was close to five-thirty. The waitresses lead me to behind the stage into a small dressing room with my dress and make-up set for me to prepare for tonight.

It was close to show time and I peeked through the stage curtains to see how many people were there. Let's see…There's François, like always, then one…two…three…Geez! There are over sixty people here!

I looked away from the crowd and took a breath before hearing the little bell to the door ring. I peeked out again and my breath hitched a bit to who I saw at the entrance. No, it couldn't be...Why is he here?

I looked away and quickly walked back to backstage, pacing in circles while trying to answer why he is here. He could've followed me…no…did he wander to this place? Maybe…Oh, why would he be here of all places?! As I was in thought, my manager came over to tell me that I was up in five minutes. Though, that was not the case when she saw my confused and flustered face.

'Hey, what's wrong? You look like something the cat brought up'

I sighed, 'It's just…I don't-ugh! I don't want to perform tonight…I feel embarrassed all of a sudden…,'

I wasn't completely lying. I was embarrassed that if I did perform, he would see what I do for a living. But, knowing my manager, I'd still be performing. So, I sucked it up and I looked out the curtain once more. At one of the tables, close to the catwalk of the stage, was the one and only…
