Sam and Shaka were pretty anxious that morning getting up and were picking their birth mother Marina up from the airport as she had been in Scotland but Jean had informed her her sons were there and wanted to meet her knowingbshe was recovering from cancer.
"So you're gonna give up being mother hen?" Shaka said asbSam gave him the evil eye.
Lily wondered why her Dad and uncle were arguing aboutbut Jean broke it up as they were going to the airport but Sam was pretty anxious and Shaka understood but was knowing that he wanted to let Jean meet their mother as Sam had met Jean's parents
When at the airport, they saw a female bald eagle wearing glasses and a jacket with trousers but hugged her sons crying in joy.
"Hey Mom, I'm Sam and that's Shaka.
That's Jean, my friend." Sam told her.
"I see sweetie but I'm just glad you're safe." Marina said.
Marina was excited being in the house that Jean and Sam shared but saw Lily curious seeing her but Jean saw her hug her after Sam explained but Marina was chuckling seeing both little eaglets on her lap explaining where she had been.
Sam was feeling choked up but Jean understood as this was a big deal to him and Shaka but Shaka was laid back.
They were having lunch and Lily was asking a lot of questions making Mari a chuckle.
She was looking forward to being a grandmother as they were very sweet asvBronx was three and Lily was six.
Sam chuckled as he knew that Bronx and Lily were very curious about their family as Shaka chuckled.
Jean knew that his best friend's role in tne family was mother hen, as he was very nurturing towards him, Bronx and Lily.
"Let me go talk to him." he to,d Shaka.
He found Sam in his room sitting on his bed as he saw sadness in his ryes understanding but hugged him.
"Your Mom cares about you guys a lot, plus you haven't seen each other in a long time." Jean reassured him.
" Yeah." Sam told him.
