When Emma collapses and is sent to the hospital, Regina needs to come to terms with her feelings. Pairings: Swan Queen I do not own any part of Once Upon a Time.

1. Chapter 1

Chapter 1

"Mom! Help! Please!"

"Henry! What's wrong? Are you hurt?" Regina asked her heart pounding.

"It's Emma, Mom! She collapsed and she won't wake up!"

Regina froze. Emma. Something was wrong with Emma.

"Mom, Mom are you still there?"

"Yes Henry, I'm coming right now."

Regina hung up the phone and then quickly called the hospital to let them know that there was a situation. She numbly got into to the car and drove to Emma's apartment trying to calm her racing mind. Why I am I so worried? My son is okay and that is what matters. When Regina pulled up to the apartment, an ambulance was already outside.

Henry ran to his mother the second she walked into the door. He was crying and shaking.

"Henry! Henry! It's okay! I'm here and I won't leave you!" Henry buried himself into Regina and she pulled her son into her. Regina watched as paramedics came out of Emma's room with an unconscious Emma on a stretcher. She numbly followed them out of the apartment, got into her car and set off with Henry toward the hospital. Emma. Oh Emma! My Emma….
